The house has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for up to two people. 21 species of native trees were planted on the plot, which you can walk through.

The interior decoration is entirely local hardwood, stone, and wool. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a pellet stove that keeps it warm even on sub freezing days. The loft is a 20 minute walk from Puerto Varas center.
