Hi. This is studio36. It's cool in the summer, without air conditioning. A 20 m2 studio converted in the garage of my house, in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable, warm and quiet, it opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy meals in the company of two turtles. The bedroom and office are separate from the kitchen, shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. Close to CHU, Campus, Modern Comfort, and shops, and 20 min walk to the center SOPGYN

Large independent design loft of 180 m2 with outdoor space of 100 m2 in a renovated old wine cellar (artist's house). You will relax by the fireplace, share a friendly moment thanks to the large dining table, its fully equipped kitchen and the comfort of its beds in the bedroom or mezzanine (1 m under the ceiling). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.
