The owner and his family live on the same property and have been experienced hosts for many years. There is also access to several freshwater lakes with fishing and swimming opportunities on the shore.

Fishing in both freshwater and sea. There is a lovely beach in Aunvågen about 300m from the cabin. We have a 15-foot boat located in a marina 1 km from the cabin that can be used, included. Until September. Must be experienced with boats/have a boating license. Remember bed linen and towels. You must tidy up and clean the cabin after use. Think of those who come after you.

Cozy seaside cabin at Melandsjø, Hitra Charming cottage in quiet surroundings with sea view and a short distance to the beach, fishing and hiking opportunities. Suitable for couples, families and small groups of friends. The cabin has a living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, and sleeping space for up to 5 people. Outside there are good opportunities for barbecue and quiet evenings. Short way to the convenience store, Hoppsjøbrygga, Fillan and Frøya/Hamarvik. Boat can be rented: NOK 250 per day or NOK 1500 per month.
