Small 80-m² house located in the countryside, in a village of 900 inhabitants, served by the A20 highway and the national road 145. Limoges is 30 minutes away, Gueret is 25 minutes away, and Châteauroux is 45 minutes away. The house consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. PLEASE NOTE: SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Bed and bath linens can be rented (notify me in advance). Covered terrace and pets not allowed, non-smoking house.

The spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms and a large living room decorated with objects brought back from our travels. With its central location you can walk to all amenities (sncf train station, shops, restaurants, bars,...). Guests can park their vehicle in one of the city's free parking lots near the property (less than 100 meters away).

In the village, 200m away, there is a nice restaurant. For cycling and hiking, it is a true El Dorado. Large stores 10 km away. Swimming water 2 km away. The house has 4 bedrooms, 7 beds maximum. The trailer consists of a bedroom that can accommodate 4 people (with a 160 x 200 bed and a sofa bed), an equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a bathroom with dry toilet, shower and sink. It is heated and insulated, so it can be rented throughout the year. We can lend you a travel crib, high chair and inflatable bathtub. Spacious accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, sofa bed downstairs ideal for children and an open mezzanine bedroom upstairs. Finally, you will enjoy a magnificent view in the living room with terrace access. We are close to an agricultural operation.

This unique accommodation is an authentic family mill located in the heart of the peaceful countryside, by the water and without any neighbors. This cottage offers a haven of tranquility for family or friends reunions, with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, sleeping up to 6 people. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and towels will be provided free of charge.
