Spacious home in walking distance to the center of Arendal

Spacious residence with four bedrooms and two bathrooms about 18 minutes walk ( 1.6 km) from Arendal center. 700 meters to the nearest grocery store and bus stop. There is one stop to the city center. Two large verandas and sun until 10.30 pm midsummer. Gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating. Great hiking areas just outside the door. Bathing water by hiking area, as well as city beach with boat harbor, outdoor saltwater pool, restaurants and nightlife just down in the centre. Peaceful and established area. Modern and family friendly cabin

This is a modern cabin from 2022, with good sunny conditions. The area is a great arena for skiing in the winter, with slopes on either side of the cabin. People work there to make sure the slopes are in top condition. In the summer there are a lot of places to go hiking, with 10 mountain tops nearby. There are also a lot of activites nearby (15-20 min drive - nearby Evje) where you can go to an amusement park, look at minerales and drive Go-kart. The cabin is a great place for relaxation.

Located 50 meters from the sea in Strømsbuneset which is a quiet and downtown bay just 1 km from Arendal center. Fully furnished with all the equipment. Includes bed linen and towels. Festing is not allowed, as it must be taken into account neighbors. Not allowed with animals.

Private beach, access to a canoe, a small rowing boat, two SUPS, kitchen and good bolting space outside the cabin. 1 hour drive from Kristiansand. Due to driving on old tractor road into the cabin (about 2.3 km), a car with high ground clearance (SUV) is recommended. Simple standard in the cabin.
