Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! Relax in a quiet and friendly environment. In the former inn Eichinger there is the cozy apartment. A large garden invites you to linger. The stream next to it entices you to explore. In the small town of Kirchbach there are two grocery stores, one of which is a truly original Greißlerei. There is also an inn, a graphic museum, a pond, a church, a board museum and a ski lift.

Perfect accommodation for quiet and relaxing days in the dreamy Waldviertel. Two donkeys, a couple of chickens, and two ducks can be observed daily from the garden of the property. In less than 15 minutes by car, Lake Ottenstein invites you to swim or the Ottenstein golf course with restaurant to enjoy. Inn culture, castles, palaces and local businesses are very close.
