Small but nice studio on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a villa from the turn of the century. 30 sqm freshly renovated with 2 single beds , which can be converted into a double bed on request, a cozy sitting/dining area, flat screen (DVTB), radio, CD player. New kitchenette with all necessary cooking utensils (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster.....) Fully renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. In the entrance area there is a spacious built-in wardrobe. The house is located in a quiet but central location in the so-called poetry district, within walking distance of the spa park and the world-famous Art Nouveau spa courtyard, as well as most of the many clinics and spa facilities for which Bad Nauheim is known. Also train station and city center are only about 10 minutes away on foot. The extensive spa park with the large pond offers opportunities for rest and relaxation, but also for mini golf and chess. During the season you can skate in the adjacent ice stadium or visit one of the exciting ice hockey games of the "Red Devils Bad Nauheim". By the way, Bad Nauheim was the home of Elvis and his family during his army time in Friedberg. For this reason, there is an Elvis festival every year in mid-August, which is now very well known and well attended in relevant circles. Try to rent a room during this time in Bad Nauheim....! In addition, the spa administration offers a variety of lectures, guided tours and events. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking (Taunus and Wetterau) and numerous other places of interest (Frankfurt /M. - city and airport, Friedberg, Bad Homburg, Wetzlar, Saalburg, etc.) can be easily reached after a short drive. Very central, 2 min. to subway, 5 min. to all restaurants/ shopping centers and the lovely historic city of Oberursel, 10 min. along the Urselbach(little creek) to the swimming hall . Frankfurt/M. 10 min. by car or 20 min. by subway. Oberursel is directly located at the Großer Feldberg with lots of excursion possibilities.

Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

Our accommodation is located opposite the castle in Friedberg (Hesse). You can expect a private bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen. The record player invites you to listen to music and relax. The vacation at Irene's was pure relaxation for us! It is a beautiful and exceptionally clean apartment. All electrical appliances look like they've just been bought. Due to the large terrace glass front, the apartment is flooded with light and at the same time you can perfectly darken the rooms thanks to outdoor blinds, which is essential for our sleep if it is to be restful. The apartment is fully furnished, nothing is missing. There are books, games, a large Brio train, even a record player and a piano. The terrace is large and the garden for shared use is wonderfully relaxing. The kitchen is also equipped with everything your heart desires. Irene and her husband are also very sweet and attentive hosts. If we come back to the area, it is clear to all 4 of us where we will try to get accommodation and we can only highly recommend the stay at Irene's.

This is a fantastic flat in a historic Bad Nauheim building. Michaele was extremely helpful and responsive. The flat has everything you need. great location, amazing views and lovely flat. would love to stay again.

Axel and his wife are two very welcoming hosts, their house is really beautiful, the exterior is also very welcoming and well maintained with a very well-kept garden full of flowers. The apartment is spacious and well cleaned. The location is great and very peaceful. We had a good week. We recommend this accommodation to the AIRBNB community.
