Vacation rentals with breakfast in Fribourg

I can’t say enough good things about Mireille’s place. It was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. The bedroom was large with an extremely comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. The village is in a beautiful location. There are a lot of places to walk in the area and Fribourg is very nearby and a nice day trip. But the best part was our host, Mireille. She is a delightful lady, friendly, responsive, and she made us feel right at home. The breakfast she made us each morning was amazing. Most things homemade. We hope to be able to return and spend more time there.

Adi's accommodation is highly recommended, everything was perfect, no detail was missing on our arrival, apart from its cleanliness, which was all impeccable. Adi was super nice to us.

Our recent stay at this beautifully renovated Airbnb left us enchanted by its unique blend of modern design and historic charm. The open space design spans two floors, maximizing natural light and showcasing the stunning views of Lake Geneva. The loft boasts one bedroom, one bathroom, and a spacious living area perfect for relaxation or socializing. The highlight of the space is undoubtedly the Master Bedroom, accessible via a captivating glass staircase. This sanctuary offers a tranquil retreat, with plush furnishings and thoughtful touches ensuring a restful night's sleep. During my time at the loft, I appreciated the hosts' commitment to hospitality and genuine connection. Their passion for meeting people from all walks of life was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed engaging in conversations and sharing travel stories.

I rented this room at Christiane's for almost 2 months in early 2025. The room and house are as described. Christiane is very kind and helpful. I would recommend this room without reservation.

Excellent, excellent AirBnb host, everything as in the photos, at two minutes from the train station, the house is really beautiful. Stefano is extremely nice ans helpful. Everything an AirBnb should be. And the Hammam is incredible, I arrived every night with freezing cold, and taking a good, hot shower in that space gave me life.

Michael is a great host. He has the passion for travel and knows what the travellers really need. He gives very detailed advice and instructions of day trips, events, restaurants, bars and best spots for watching the sunset at the lake with hand drafted maps. To follow the places on his maps is a delightful adventure. His place is spotless clean with tasteful interior design and very comfortable bed. The location is close to the station and the lake, and yet very quiet. A Big Thank You to Michael. For sure I will come back to his place again.

Marc is a very friendly and open-minded host, with beautiful values. It was a pleasure to connect with him on many topics. The apartment is nice and well maintained, everything was together for a great stay. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Serene experience on a farm in a beautiful location on top of a mountain. The friendly hosts and staff made us feel right at home. The farm has a restaurant and we had cheese fondue for dinner. It was delicious. It just so happened that the hosts were celebrating their 10-year anniversary of managing the farm that weekend, and organized activities such as mule rides and an inflatable bounce house, which made our 4-year old daughter very happy. Thank you again for the great time! :-)

The apartment is very quiet with a wonderful lake view. The beautiful pool can be used and provides the appropriate cooling. The space under the kiwi tree invites you to linger.

We spent 2 nights in a beautifully decorated room by Nicole. Impeccable cleanliness, very pleasant welcome, excellent breakfast... everything was perfect so that we had a very good stay. Thanks to Nicole for her hospitality, we'll be back!

The house is located at the top of the hill. The view is so beautiful. The host is very nice, and the room is very clean. The owner lives on the second floor and is very quiet. The host offered us breakfast, which is great!

We really liked this place! There is a balkony where you can enjoy the sunset and we also could eat our breakfast in the lovely garden in the morning sun. Natalia and her husband are really friendly! They even offered us fresh fruits of their garden😄

Well located and super accessible, close to the lake and train station, parking space at home, also close to restaurants. Clean accommodation and very responsive and friendly hosts, with cute dogs.

Great weekend at Simone's. Superb garden (what a beautiful view of Lake Morat! and the spa) and very clean room. Small private and fenced garden, perfect for the dog (unfortunately no view). The host was accessible and very friendly. She gave us restaurants and other activities, thanks to her! The sandy beach of Salavaux is great! Very nice corner.

A charming hostess, the location of the room very quiet, cozy, bathroom super well maintained. In the morning with breakfast from the hostess in her own dining room, always approachable if something was still missing. Great, there are only 5 stars ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️

Communication was great, very responsive host. the room is spotless, with kitchen and private bathroom. the only concern unfortunately is that the area is served in the evening from 7pm (I think) and therefore to access it, there is no option of taxi at 30frs from the Estavayer train stop. However, if you have a car, disregard my previous review, the place is perfect.
