You will be 2 minutes from Fresnay (voted 2nd favorite village of the French!) and 30 minutes from Le Mans. Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails in the vicinity.

On the grounds: small pond surrounded by a fence, remaining under adult supervision.

The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers.
