Magnificent view over the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. Had a great vacation! The apartment has an incredibly beautiful view and you can get to Bergen relatively quickly. There is nothing going on in Frekhaug itself, but you can shop for groceries. Since the accommodation itself has to be cleaned, there was a lack of proper basic cleanliness. Because of the great view and the large apartment, we would definitely book again and can recommend the accommodation.

Great option for budget travelers who are looking for a comfortable and affordable option. It’s about 30 minutes from Bergen, and is someone’s personal home. It has one bedroom with a full bed and then a couch that makes out to what looks like a queen or king. You have to clean the apartment at the end and wash any used towels and sheets but we usually do that anyway so that was no problem for us. Great place right by the water. Parking was free.
