Our cozy, bright penthouse apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, a living and dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without any problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 minutes., University 15 minutes, Exhibition grounds about 7 minutes.

On the 1250 m² fenced forest property there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need - except oven or microwave - and there is a table for dining with 4 chairs in the room. The bedroom has a king size bed and a wardrobe for your belongings. The bathroom is small and has a bathub.

The room is located in the basement of our single-family house and with its 25 sqm has everything you need for a short stay. The room has its own entrance (not barrier-free) and is closed off from our living area. It is equipped with a double bed (160x200), desk, kitchen and seating area. Towels and hairdryer are in the private bathroom.
