Only want to rent to families with children and adults. Show consideration for neighbors in terms of noise. Check-in from 4 pm and Check-out by 12 pm. Can be adjusted if it is not rented before/after the stay. Tenants must clean the cabin and empty the garbage. Cleaning can be ordered on request. Bring bed linen & towels! Here you can enjoy quiet days in the garden, or take a trip to the sea. Both Spjærekilen with good bathing opportunities and Kjellvika is within walking distance. Generally good hiking opportunities. Whether you want to enjoy the quiet days or want to explore Hvaler, this is a nice base. Shops about 5 km away. We have 8 happy hens that are partly free-range.

Nice apartment. 3 minutes from train station with connection to Oslo and Gothenburg. Short way to the city center, 3 cafes in the immediate vicinity, grocery store on Kråkerøy or city center. Quiet and nice area. Low traffic. Public parking in the street in marked places, for a fee 8 am to 6 pm on weekdays, until 3 pm Saturday and free on public holidays.
