The city center of Fredrikstad and the college, is only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to the free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views.

Egen barneseng kan settes fram ved behov. Vi som bor her er en familie på seks og en hund. Huset er på tre etasjer hvor Airbnb leiligheten ligger i første etasje, og vi bor i resten av huset.

Public parking in the street in marked places, for a fee 8 am to 6 pm on weekdays, until 3 pm on Saturdays and free on public holidays.
