The property is located in the Munkebjerg forest, where there is the possibility of walking, cycling, etc. There is walking distance to both restaurant, golf club, riding school and ice house and beach with blue flag as well as bathing jetty. It is within walking distance of, for example, cafés, a theater, the beach, and shopping. The apartment has on the ground floor kitchen/family room as well as a toilet & bathroom. On the 1st floor there is a double bed, TV, Chromecast and bed linen and free wifi, but not ideal for people with walking difficulties. Dogs allowed. Smoking outdoors. Complimentary coffee/tea, sugar, powdered milk, etc. End a lovely day at the café table with a cup of coffee or something else.

Ruggård is an old farm, located on the edge of Vejle Ådal, only 18 km from Kolding, Vejle and Billund (Legoland). Here you have the optimal starting point for trips in the most beautiful Danish nature. The area offers hiking trails and cycling and horseback riding routes. There are many excursion options, but also time to stay on the farm. Children LOVE being here. Here, outdoor life is prioritized and therefore there is no TV in the home (parents thank us). Come and experience the rural idyll and tranquility and greet the farm's animals.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

Necessary service is available as well as microwave and fridge. On the property's 6 ha, occasionally horses go, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest vineyards. There are opportunities for lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Shopping approx. 6 km away; approx. 35 km to Legoland. There is no public transportation to our location.
