La maison indépendante de 60m2 confortable et rénovée, dispose de la climatisation réversible, d'une terrasse et d'un jardin privatif. 3 nuitées minimum sont requises en été et 2 hors saison, pour un séjour parfait jusqu'à 3 personnes. Near Frayssinet-le-Gélat, a few minutes from the river Lot, Le Papillon and La Libellule gites at Les Leroux, are a beautifully converted barn set in a rural location amidst rolling fields and woodland. The barn has been converted into 2 gites, each having 3 bedrooms, bathroom and open-plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, individual patios, equipped with barbecue and garden furniture. Views over the pool and sun terrace. Utility room facilities. The pool is for guests of both gites.

Access to the shared swimming pool (without fence or lock) overlooking the meadow and forest for total relaxation. Please note: in July/August, bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.
