Monthly Rentals in Franklin County

We loved Ashley's place! It is spacious and airy, yet warm and inviting. I have my own short-term rental property, so I am super picky about cleanliness and other issues, and Ashley's was a 10 out of 10 for those key metrics. The location was extremely convenient -- it is on the edge of the German Village and a short drive to other areas of interest (e.g., the Columbus Museum of Art (which I highly recommend) and the Short North area). Ashley was also the perfect host, responding immediately when I asked for recommendations and greeting us with a personal note and a packaged snack, as well as the biggest coffee supply I have ever seen in a short-term rental. This is definitely where I would try to stay if I ever come back to Columbus. We also were delighted to find that there was no reason to go up the spiral stairs (the bedroom and bathroom are on the same floor as the living area, which I wasn't 100% sure of from the pictures).

Regan was a great hostess! As soon as I arrived she gave me a tour, my room and even a binder she put together of places to see, things to do and restaurants to stop at. Sadly I couldn't hit them all but I certainly did enjoy them especially the restaurants! 5/5 would definitely recommend.

Delatierra place was everything that anyone could want who is looking for a very very clean, organized and worth while stay for the price. We visited for the Sonic Temple Music Festival and the location was perfect for the travel. Everything was clean organized and you can tell they care about you having a top tier experience and stay. Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing stay. If I ever come back to Columbus I will be booking this place again. Great area, and a very clean spacious apartment. Highly recommend!
