House vacation rentals in Franklin County

The house was even better than we imagined it would be! It felt more like a retreat than an Airbnb experience! The location was beautiful and easy to get around. The yard was beautiful and private. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked and clean. The washer dryer combo was also a cool feature. We loved our stay and will be back for sure!

The farm was super peaceful and cute! And the house was well cleaned and taken care of! I highly recommend staying here!

From the moment we got there to the time we left it was an environment that was friendly, more than friendly, I felt like we were staying on our own family property with our own family. The Lake house was perfect, the view is ABSOLUTELY stunning. It is peaceful and so much to offer. We had 5 older kids with us and not once did they say a word about technology. They walked the property, fished, used the kyacks and spent time together!! I cannot wait to go back! My boys are planning on a return visit just to fish, they caught huge bass and had a blast! Scott and Kathy are absolutely amazing people, we didnt have to worry about anything. Anything we needed they were there to offer. This is an absolute must stay. Ann was amazing, she checked in on us and was quick to respond with any question we had! I have never experienced anything close to this level of accommodations and quality of people and amenities!

Amazing experience. We had a girls trip planned and our other airbnb fell through at the last minute. Somehow, this home was still available and it really became a blessing in disguise! The home is absolutely gorgeous and the hosts are so so helpful! Answered every question I had before the trip very quickly. We had trouble connecting to the wifi and I sent the host a text and he called me right away to assure us he was on it and it was fixed within the hour! Would’ve loved to book this home again for my wedding but it’s already booked for that weekend.

Peppermint Farm is an amazing place! Kathy, Scott, and Ann were amazing to work with. Friendly, helpful!! It was an amazing place to stay the night before my daughter’s wedding. I highly recommend the farm and we will be returning.

We were in town for a wedding at the inn at st albans and this property was a three minute walk! Perfect accommodations for our group. Enjoyed the hot tub!

The cottage had a lot of charm! Comfortable beds, lovely natural light with the many windows plus the cottage is a short distance to the wineries in the area. Peaceful and pleasant getaway. Jeffery was excellent in his responses and communication. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was definitely a home away from home! We are so thankful that we stayed at Rick’s tiny house for a wedding that we were attending. Washington is such a cute historic town that it just added to our experience.

Sara was incredibly responsive and very helpful with making my stay special! She was proactive to give me time to get the space ready for a surprise getaway and the space was very peaceful!

Danielle was very responsive when ask questions. We had a dogshow so after a day in the ring the dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. It was very secure. We also had a 2-year-old human that loved playing in the yard. Would rent again.

Who knew Missouri was so beautiful?!! The yard and surrounding area is so pastoral and peaceful. The house is clean and comfortable and really perfect for a group of friends traveling together. We loved sitting together on the deck! Less than 10 minutes to Purina Farms made the days very relaxing. Hosts were very responsive and friendly- hope to be back soon!

We were very happy with this house! The big yard was great for our dogs! The house is a nice size, interesting restaurants nearby. Everything was clean and the place is very homey.

I rented the house for family to stay in while visiting me in Washington. They (5 people) all said the beds were comfortable and enjoyed the sitting area. Only issue they had was it's an older home and there weren't enough plugs to plug phones in. One room didn't have any plugs and they had to plug phone in kitchen. Plus, they wanted to plug a fan in, but had no outlet.

This was a great experience. Plenty of room for our family. Stairs were a bit challenging but everyone managed them. All in all, i would highly recommend this place.

This is a beautiful, fun, peaceful little house in the woods outside Pacific. The house is so cute, clean, and tastefully decorated. The beds are so comfortable; it's great to get an excellent night's sleep to prepare for the day's activities. I love that it's pet friendly too. The host responds very quickly to questions and is very supportive. My friend who stayed there said she loved the cookies and had a couple chocolates too. I hope to stay in this house when I am back in the area, and I will recommend it to others also.

Mark has a well kept dedicated rental on their massive, gorgeous, very private property. The perfect getaway- plenty of room, super clean, very well equipped, a beautiful view from every window, and lots to do! I especially enjoyed the view from the office just because it made getting some work done much more pleasant. The decor is a tasteful mix of modern & antique. Looks like new flooring, carpet, window dressings, lighting, towels, etc. I prefer using a dedicated rental over using someone's residence so appreciated the evident extra effort they make for guests. Loved the hiking trails into the woods & the creek, the fire pit, and the huge grill. Oh- and the stars seem so close you could almost reach up and touch them! Great stay overall. Loved it. Mark is an awesome host, friendly & responsive.

We had a great weekend here. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully put together. It was also dog friendly, which made things so much easier for us. The hosts were kind, responsive, and shared great suggestions that helped us make the most of our time in the area. We were especially touched by the welcome gift of local wine and coffee. Overall, a lovely stay and we'd absolutely come back.

They have thought of everything to make it a super easy stay.
