The first parts of the property were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 0 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007. The rooms are lovingly furnished and offer everything your heart desires: cozy hours in front of the fireplace in winter, and relaxed evenings with a glass of wine on the veranda in summer. When furnishing, we placed emphasis on a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The suite offers tranquility and the fully glazed fireplace room invites you to dream.

My courtyard consists of a total of 3 residential buildings, one of which I live in myself. I rent the large gatehouse (157 sqm living space) as well as the former servant's house (2 rooms, 67 sqm). The gatehouse includes a large summer kitchen with fireplace and two cozy bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this romantic spot in nature with us at Bornwaldhof in an original teepee and enjoy the warm water of the hot tub. From about June, only the teepee is available for overnight stays. On request / at short notice, a camper could still be available, but these are usually all on the road with tenants until the end of September.

Our lovingly furnished separate granny apartment is located in beautiful Mainz Mombach. 3 city bus lines (76, 80, 81) stop in the immediate vicinity of the house. You need 10 minutes to the main station and 15 minutes to the city center. Supermarkets, bakeries, and a drugstore are within walking distance.
