The house on the outskirts invites you to a calm and relaxing holiday. Directly at the (100 m) house is the Ederseeradweg. The Waldecker Land offers many hiking and cycling trails. We are located between Eder, Diemel and Twistesee, they can be reached by car in 25 minutes. They invite you to sail, dive, water ski or just swim. There is also a lot to discover in the Kellerwald National Park. The towns of Willingen and Winterberg can be reached in about 35 minutes from here.

We offer you our non-smoking house, renovated in 2025, with 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, a high-quality fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with fireplace & TV, a guest toilet and a bathroom with a spacious shower. The washing machine can be used if needed. From the open conservatory, you have access to the beautiful garden that invites you to relax, enjoy and, if you like, have a barbecue party. We have bicycles that you can borrow for free.

Half-timbered house with loft bed

A small half-timbered house sleeps 4 - 5 people. On the first floor are the entrance area and the kitchen, upstairs the bathroom, the bedrooms and the living room. The bedroom has a double bed, 180 cm. In addition, there is a loft bed level for two people, 140 cm above the living room. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for 1 person. The ladder to the loft bed cannot be removed or locked. You should consider this if you want to travel with children.

Surrounded by green idyll, you can relax and recharge. You can start hiking on the Kellerwaldsteig directly from here. It is also possible to discover the Kellerwald/Edersee National Park with its wonderful possibilities, and the Fairy Tale Route on wheels.

Centrally located in beautiful Edertal in the National Park Kellerwald. Only 5 minutes drive from Lake Edersee and 10 minutes from Waldeck Castle, which offers a beautiful view over Lake Edersee as well as the national park. Here you can relax in peace, lie in the garden or use the many possibilities of the third largest reservoir in Germany. Stand-up paddle and bike can be rented on site at an extra cost and deposit deposit.

The accommodation extends over two floors: Upper floor: Here you will find a spacious living area of approx. 90 sqm, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom in Finnish log cabin style, a bathroom with shower, and an additional guest WC. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
