De verdad que si hubiera una calificación más alta se la merecerían. El trato de el propietario Carlos y sus trabajadores es excelente y totalmente atenta. En todo momento estuvieron prestos a ayudar y brindarnos un excelente servicio. cuentan con restaurante cafetería propio y cada habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado. Me quedo agradecido por la atención sobresaliente de todos.

I had an awesome time in El Coca and Hotel Rio Napo was a major part of that. Carlos and his wife were very helpful and hospitable. The hotel itself is amazing located to maneuver the city. Will be back!

Mi esposo y yo nos hospedamos en Hotel Río Napo durante nuestra visita a El Coca y fue una experiencia maravillosa. La ubicación es perfecta, a pocos pasos del malecón, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de caminatas relajantes con vistas al río y acceso fácil a restaurantes, tiendas locales y agencias de turismo. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal fue atento en todo momento, asegurándose de que nuestra estadía fuera cómoda y placentera. La habitación estaba impecable, con una cama muy cómoda, aire acondicionado y todo lo necesario para descansar después de un día explorando la zona. Uno de los aspectos que más nos gustó fue el desayuno con opciones deliciosas y frescas, perfectas para comenzar el día con energía. Se nota el esfuerzo y la dedicación en cada detalle, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial, definitivamente recomendaríamos este hotel a cualquier persona que visite El Coca.

Perfect base for a night at the beginning and end of a Yasuni National Park trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was in a good location, within walking distance of the dock and a few minutes taxi ride from the airport. Communication was good, and there was a friendly welcome on arrival.
