Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Franches-Montagnes District

It would be normal and correct in a French-speaking region to have an information binder and explanatory notes in the accommodation in French. Plus, it would also be nice to have French TV channels. The shared access with the other landlord is very dirty.

We were guests at Pascale's beautiful home for 4 days at Easter, with my husband and our two boys. We found exactly what we were looking for: a cozy home, with great taste furnishings, complete with everything, surrounded by nature. An oasis of peace and nature perfect for those who want to rest and observe beautiful views from the windows. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos, everything was very clean and the kitchen equipped with the necessary items. The surroundings are beautiful, small towns full of charm and unspoiled nature. Communication with Pascale was very friendly and check-in/check-out very easy. We hope to be back soon

Caroles Häuschen is wonderfully located in the countryside, we relaxed wonderfully in the quiet area. The equipment is excellent, it has everything you need.

Chalet has a lot of charm and was well maintained. Very well equiped kitchen. Games and books and even a dollhouse in the game room. The location is central in the village, yet it was very quiet at night. Highly recommended.

It is spacious and beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of country chic and modern elements. Communication with Hermes was outstanding. He was responsive, friendly, and always helpful. He went above and beyond by recommending different activities, and we’re so glad we took his suggestion to visit the Musée d’Horlogerie in La Chaux-de-Fonds, which was just 15 minutes away. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay embedded in the Jura-mountains. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was clean and it had enough space for us 8 people. The kitchen is super equipped with everything you need. Instructions were clear and simple. Sandra always responded quickly when we had a question and she even found a bratwurst place nearby for us and documented it with pictures. Thank you very much for that! It is a quiet place, which we were also looking for. What should be specified a little more precisely is where the disposal for the garbage in the village is. But that's also the only thing we could "complain about". Thank you so much for letting us come by. All the best.

Very nice and artistically furnished AirBnB surrounded by hills on the Doubs with everything you need. The hosts are friendly and open. No internet far and wide and a car is definitely an advantage. Great to escape the ordinary :) Full recommendation!

I was travelling with a friend so we were surprised to find that there was no sofa bed as stated in the listing, just a regular sofa. Owner Joël quickly provided us with a foldaway bed though, so we were still able to sleep in separate rooms. The flat is tastefully furnished, modern yet cosy and boasts a well-equipped kitchen. Joël was a very friendly, responsive and welcoming host. The location is perfect with a lovely countryside view from the balcony. It’s quietly located but within short distance from the railway halt. There are ample possibilities for walks, cycling and other leisure activities in the area.

Beautiful family bike ride in a heavenly region! The accommodation is large, very well-equipped, also games and books available for children. The hosts are lovely, they gave us very useful information for our excursions, the children were able to see the work of the farm up close with the cows, they loved it! And us too! A place to remember!

We were received in a very friendly manner by Audrey and her family. Her dog and cats were also very kind to us and our dog. Audrey was always easy to reach and also fulfilled our extra requests! We will be happy to return!

Very warm welcome! We felt very welcome. Great garden for shared use, especially for a family. Pool, table tennis, trampoline... Large, clean apartment. Everything available. Restaurants, attractions and shopping are within walking distance. We felt very comfortable.

The apartment is very nice and high-quality. The old-build charm made us feel immediately comfortable. The kitchen is well furnished (including all conceivable kitchen utensils, spices, olive oil and vinegar) very spacious and cozy to linger. Too bad there is no sofa in the living room. Booking the apartment as well as the written contact with the hosts Isabelle and Markus and Susanne was very pleasant and friendly.
