Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Framingham

Perfect set up for our crew; were in Boston from CA to celebrate a graduate. Home was centrally located to all of our festivities and worked out great.

They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, offering great local tips and always greeting us with a smile. Their hospitality truly made a difference. I booked the lakehouse for 4 nights to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. It was the perfect and relaxing celebration which was what we needed. The lakehouse was so beautiful, so quiet, peaceful, cozy and so relaxing. We just felt right at home. The instant we walked in and saw the view of the lake from the kitchen and living room we felt so relaxed right away. The home had everything you needed and was great place to unwind and relax. It was so clean, pristine and had all the necessities you needed. The home was decorated nicely showing their travels which we loved. The beds were so cozy, nice and comfortable, it felt like it hugged you. They had an office room that had a bed which was perfect for me to work from. We loved the lakehouse so much that we were sad to leave. But we will definitely be back. Haley was great, no wonder she is a superhost. She was so accommodating, responsive and so friendly. Thank you Haley for a great stay. We can’t wait to come back again.

Marybeth’s home was exactly what me and my family wanted. We wanted a cozy place far enough from the city, but close enough to easily drive into Boston. Since I like to cook, I was immediately impressed with the kitchen and all its ammenities. I did not want for a single kitchen tool or appliance. Everyone commented on how the beds felt - warm and comfortable. Loved the back yard and the grill. Great communications. Easy check-in and easy check-out. Highly recommend Marybeth’s BnB.

We were staying in the area for a wedding and Michael’s house was perfect for our family with plenty of room to relax.

Absolutely incredible stay. The host was very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, and the lake is stunning. The basement was so so fun- darts, ping pong, billiards, and more games. We miss the house already!

Eric’s Queen Victorian was like a vacation within itself! The location was conveniently close Boston with tons of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Overall my family and I had a wonderful stay and Eric was a great host!

This spot was excellent for my group. There were plenty of comfortable sleeping options for everyone and the space was even more spacious than expected. We also enjoyed the views and peaceful surroundings of the pond. Tyler was able to accommodate a late checkout as well, which was greatly appreciated.

Look no more! Winter Island Retreat is a seaside oasis that creates an atmosphere of tranquility and peace. From the moment I arrived I was struck by it's beauty captivated by the stunning sunrises to start each day The retreat is charming and a place of solace. The beautifully manicured lawn and gardens filled with lush floral designs adds to its magic. while the front porch with its rocking chairs, invite you to slow down and savor your morning coffee or lose yourself in a good book. Evenings are equally special walking the path to the beach and settling into the adriondack chair with a glass of wine It's a peaceful ritual that grounds you in gratitude. The home itself is cozy, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated with calming beachy touches that make you feel at ease. It's perfectly located just minutes from downtown Salem. I'm grateful to be one of the lucky guests to stay in David's home. He was a kind and gracious host. A truly memorable retreat I will be back

Beautiful home, so close to the beach. Had an amazing time, felt very at home and homeowner very helpful.

Quiet setting that felt comfortable and safe. Close to the T metro and great access to Boston bus lines. Check in was easy and instructions for everything were proactively delivered.

Had everything we needed, was really comfortable and a great place to explore the area from. Highly recommended and will be back if we are looking to stay in the area again.

As described. This is an apartment that is in a house. We did hear others from time to time but it was not bothersome. Clean and worked well for us. Thank you.

The house is well-set up to accommodate guests. The neighborhood is safe, residential and with free-lines streets. Near Arnold Arboretum it is a beautiful area. The bathroom and bedroom are really clean and clutter-free which was so refreshing to experience! Anna is incredibly responsive and even when I needed assistance in the early morning hours she was available. And when I returned home late one evening on an unseasonably hot day she offered to turn on he air conditioning and then proceeded to install a window unit in the room in less than 19 minutes. She made great coffee in the morning and provided many suggestions for transport and getting around generally; and she walked me to the nearby bus stop on my first morning in the house. The house is large enough to house multiple guests simultaneously but I hardly overlapped with them. I’m very appreciative for the pleasant experience.

Anna is such a friendly and professional host, we had a wonderful stay! We will definitely come back next time when visiting Boston.

Our stay at Anna and Samuel’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It was quiet and peaceful and within driving distance of the city. It was clean and comfortable. The hosts were responsive and could easily any questions we had. We will definitely consider staying there again.

We got married at a venue about 15 minutes away so we stayed here with our bridal party and the size was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably, we still had plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is still close enough for us to enjoy exploring Sturbridge. Michael was responsive and honest with any question I asked!

The room was comfortable and clean and exactly as advertised. Anna was very responsive with questions and they were really flexible with check in and check out time which was helpful.

The location was centralized to places we needed to go to and easy to get to from the freeways/highways. Very peaceful and beautiful area with excellent views of the bay. Kate was a very gracious and welcoming host.
