Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the home is a 10 minute walk to trendy restaurants, bars, grocery stores, liquor stores and walking trails, and is 3 blocks from the Hospital. A 2 minute walk takes you to a lovely lakeside trail, a perfect place to watch the Northern Lights. The bus stop is located across the street, making trips to downtown and Old Town quick and convenient. Free parking in cul-de-sac.

Plum's Place

Plum's Place is a charming one-bedroom home, perfect for couples, solo travellers, or those visiting for work. Backing onto green space and trails, it offers stunning aurora views. Enjoy a peaceful stay with all the comforts of home, surrounded by nature yet close to everything you need. There are two black dogs on the premises. While they are upstairs and separate from the suite, some occasional barking may be heard. We recommend this stay is best suited for guests without pet allergies.

Rockside Suite – Private suite on Niven Lake

Rockside Suite, conveniently backs onto Niven Lake Trail bringing you direct access to the lake and the city's main trail system. With a short 7 minute walk, you will be guided to downtown which hosts a number of local shopping boutiques, coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants. If you choose to walk to Old Town you can venture onto Great Slave Lake for some fishing and sightseeing in the summer or take part in some winter activities such as cross country skiing or snowshoeing.

Welcome to Enaàtì Escape — a one-bedroom apartment in a quiet neighbourhood just minutes from downtown Yellowknife. The spacious suite is one block from the scenic Frame Lake Trail, a beloved lakeside path. The lake’s traditional name, Enaàtì, inspires the name of this peaceful northern retreat. The apartment is part of our home but has a private entrance. It includes a full kitchen, living room, dining area, extra-large king bedroom, oversized tub, separate shower, and free Wi-Fi.
