Accommodation as described, nothing to say! It is clean, practical and close to the city center. It has all the necessities. Richard gave very clear instructions and is very responsive. I would recommend it without a second thought!

Simply perfect in every way. From the friendly, super responsive host to the beautifully furnished and well equipped apartment with old world charm, you couldn't want more, especially considering the reasonable price. Being a corner apartment, the cross flow ventilation is lovely and a good quality fan keeps the heat well and truly under control. Loved looking out the three large windows over old town Rennes, as well as the lift and security entrance. Tea, coffee (and filter machine), oil, vinegar, salt and pepper provided. High quality cutlery, crockery and linen. Bed is super comfortable and the block out shutters and curtains made for a good night's sleep. Don't think twice about staying here!

I spent 2 nights in this small studio, everything was great! Great location in the cobbled streets of Laval, behind the castle. Everything nearby. A private courtyard that feels good, where you can sit or eat. I think in the summer, the cool side of the accommodation and the private terrace are great! Several lights in the accommodation, which gives a good atmosphere. And I slept very well in the bed. So great stay, thank you!

Very nice studio, a little vintage with these accessories, well-appointed and very well-equipped. The little extra is the basic ingredients available to us (butter, milk, jam, eggs...). Zabeth and Pascal are very welcoming and friendly hosts, and always give good advice.

Great stay at Julien's! The apartment is a stone's throw away from the EHESP where I was doing a training, the parking space is a real plus. Quiet and soothing environment, it feels like home! Finally, I would like to highlight the quality of the equipment because it is one of the first times I have seen an AirBnb so well equipped, especially in the kitchen. We had a pleasant stay in Fougères, a very pretty town, beautiful walks to do, Beautiful shops, good restaurants The accommodation is conveniently located in the heart of the city, everything is within walking distance, castle, parks...
