House is beautiful, All the family really enjoyed the pool and the backyard. Definitely worth the money we can’t wait to be back soon.

The house was perfect for my family of 6. The fridge and pantry were well appointed. The pool and outside area were better then expected. We would definitely stay again.

This home is gorgeous and clean. We enjoyed the neighborhood and really loved sitting out by the pool for the evening. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Yuma. Lonnie and Yvette were wonderful at communicating and responded quickly to any questions.

This was the second time we have rented this house. We spend the day out on the river and it is not a bad drive from the house to get there. It is extremely comfortable for our family and great backyard with pool and room for the pets. Erin is a great host and very responsive to all our questions and needs. We will definitely be booking again when we go to the river.

Veronica's home was so close to our family's house where our event was located. The pool was amazing. Loved every detail about it. The only con would be that the garbage disposal was not working properly, and the left sink would take a while to drain. Also, maybe some TV's for the other bedrooms. Other than that, I will definitely be staying here again. Veronica also let us have a late checkout at noon! Thank you again Veronica!

Very friendly and quick response time. The space was very clean and nicely located. Easy to get to and from. Close to Walmart and restaurants.quiet neighborhood with good parking. Worked perfect for our river vacation!

Jenna's place had lots of amenities that weren't expect such as a water cooler. One of the recliner chair could use some attention, but otherwise all was good. Lots of room for everyone.

Relaxing backyard, nice furniture, smart TVs in every bedroom. Convenient location and close to everything. Easy drive to Mexico. If you are debating between places, pick this one!

It was a 10/10 experience it is so homey and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and spotless clean home. Living room so relaxing.10/10 totally recommend.

First of Timothy was an awesome host He helped me and my family feel right at home. Check in was fast and easy beautiful spacious house pictures online don’t do justice for how spacious and high ceilings make it felt right at home. Everything was wonderful And only a couple of houses away from St. Paul’s venue which we had a quince event. Close to downtown Yuma for some local restaurants and brewery . Me and my family will definitely be back. Thank you Timothy for an awesome weekend.

Nice pool. Enjoyed barrel smoking meats on the grillmaster and swimming all day. Would like off-street parking next time….though not a big restriction to the experience. Will be rebooking throughout the summer while nearby for work.

Aj was extremely easy to work with. The home was comfortable. Wished there were more kitchen supplies. Received a refund b/c pool a d yard was dirty, overgrown Md unusable. He was very apologetic and we'd give him another chance. I do think the rental was a little overpriced. We've rented in the area several times for larger home, same area and amenities for cheaper.
