Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Fortitude Valley

We had a lovely evening. Walked home from a fun concert in the Botanic Gardens. Jack was easy to contact and provided heaps of helpful information that meant we did not need to check in during our stay. Beds were comfy, A/C was lovely and the vibe was great! Thanks team - will be back 😊

If you're looking for the hot spot in Brisbane, this place is right around the corner from it! Apartment is well laid out, clean, and comfortable. The bedrooms are across the residence from each other and each has a bathroom, which is very nice to have some space. Well stocked kitchen (plates, glasses, etc) and nice sitting areas (living area, back porch, and covered patio). Water pressure was good in shower. My only real gripe is that there are a lot of keys on the key ring and it took us a bit to figure out which one did what. We also never figured out the lift, but I think that was user error, not building error. Fortitude Valley area is hopping at night (Wed-Fri) so you may have some noise from that, but just go out and enjoy it instead of sitting in the apartment. Tons of restaurants, bars, and clubs literally around the corner. Also the Fortitude Valley train station. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would stay again!

Amazing Airbnb with one of the best views of Brisbane, really well stocked with everything you would need and great hosts. Sad to leave and would love to stay again !

The studio is located in a really peaceful neighbourhood and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Only downside was that we didn’t have a car for the duration of our stay and the hike to one of the bus stops that took us into the city was a steep one. Buses to and from the city also didn’t come at particularly frequent intervals (30 mins to an hour) so be prepared to accommodate more time for commute by public transport! Wifi login details were also reset but haven’t been updated on the airbnb listing yet, but that’s a minor fix. Apart from that, the place is perfect for quiet nights away from the noise and crowds. Jennifer was really responsive and helpful 😊 Thank you again for the stay!

Millys place was easy to find, in a quiet street, no trouble accessing the building, underground parking was good, room was clean and everything worked fine, would definitely stay again

We stayed at Tanya's during a four day conference. The location was within a 10 minute walk to the Brisbane Convention Centre. It is very rare to find a secure three bedroom apartment within this location. Proximity to Southbank Parklands, Westend Village, Fish Lane and public transport was ideal. Too cold to use the pool but facilities looked great. The third bedroom has an internal window that let in a bit of light and doesn't have a hanging wardrobe but there was plenty of room in the other two rooms. The lounge area had a huge TV and we were able to watch a couple of streaming platforms, this was a great addition! It was really great to have a bit of space and not to be stuck in a hotel room. Tanya's communication was very prompt and instructions re check in and check out was very clear. We had a great stay'

I can't adequately put into words how refreshing it was to stay at Amber's place. We were in QLD for family obligations & work, Amber's place felt like a serene refuge to retreat to after big days. We enjoyed swimming and welcoming the sunrise on the deck over our morning coffees. I also made use of the work station which was well set up to WFH. Easy commute into the cbd. Amber responded quickly and was helpful when we had an issue with the air-conditioning which was resolved. Highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.

Excellent stay! Sally was a great host, incredibly lovely, accommodating and flexible. The home is a home and instantly we felt at ease. Exceptionally pet friendly with lots of lovely neighbours and on a very quiet street. Could’ve easily spent a while here.

We had an amazing stay at Dominic’s place! Perfect place for families as lots of space, the pool, outdoor area for bbq and different living areas. We loved the board games too. Dominic was a wonderful host! Allowed us early check in and very responsive. Have already stayed twice and would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!
