Two bedrooms (queen and full beds) plus laundry, a stationary bike and some weights, workspace , and a small pull out couch that someone 5 feet 4 or shorter would comfortably sleep on. The entire front and back yard is fully fenced. Walkable to two coffee shops, pizza, and more.
