Place was clean, snacks were great, and it was close to everything!

Very aesthetically pleasing, wish there was a little bit of a bigger couch or sitting area in the living room. It was super clean and great extras such as extra towels, good cooking utensils, coffee pot, iron and ironing board. Pretty responsive we ended up locking ourselves out and the host got us back in quickly and was very understanding.

I recommend this place. It was very peaceful. Everything was alright. The mall was right next to the apt. He always responded to my questions. The place had games for the kids and that kept them entertained 👌

Highly recommend Amanda’s place for a stay in Ft. Davis. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was very quiet and peaceful. The view in the back was amazing! We would definitely stay there again.

Rebecca was friendly and helpful. The room was very attractive and tastefully decorated. There was a small from stoop, if I had been a bit warmer, I would have sat out, had my morning coffee and enjoyed the beauty of the Texas plains.

Planned to stop in Midland for a night and a decent, well-priced hotel is hard to find in the area. Could not have been happier to come by this listing! Even cozier than the pictures, extremely clean, felt safe and private, and had everything I could have ever needed for a night. Convenient parking right outside and friendly hosts. Even better than a hotel at an even better value — left very happy and well-rested!

We especially appreciated the little touches that made our stay extra special: coffee, waters, toiletries, and a local guidebook. Communication with our host was smooth and responsive, and check-in was effortless. Whether you’re passing through or planning to explore Marfa, Big Bend, or Fort Davis, The Cozy Court is the kind of place you’ll want to come back to. What an absolutely amazing place to stay. We had the best time, lounging on the couch, listening to music, and just enjoying the space! We will definitely be back to stay for another little get away. We live just down the road in Marathon. This was such a wonderful retreat. So close to everything. Thank you!

We travel to Alpine area once a year. We always like to stay in the heart of town and at this location. There has been a lot of changes in the last few years so we are lucky that the lofts are still available. It is a great location for all the surrounding activities (Big Bend, Marathon, Marfa, Ft. Davis) as well as walking distance restaurants and bars in the area. The lofts give you a feeling of an apartment as opposed to the ordinary hotel. Nice bed and large bathroom. Sitting area with all the kitchen amenities you need to include stove & full fridge! Clean too! Outside area is nice too for just a hangout for coffee in the morning. The only thing is we had to turn off the outside lights each night since it was blaring bright in the room. A couple of the chairs were a little worn & not able to sit in but plenty other spots otherwise! They have made a welcome area to just chill if want to. Covered parking near the room. We will be back!

Great spot, right across the street from Ballroom, the Get Go, minutes walk from everything else; easy to find, clean bathroom, excellent shower head, comfortable bed, quiet and effective AC, and a cute courtyard! All the things I needed for a safe, easy, relaxing stay.

Cozy, comfortable, great location, walkable to many surrounding businesses and shops. Ease in getting in and out. Hassle free. Recommendable.

We have stayed at this location several times and Karen does a wonderful job of making everything so comfortable and accommodating. There is nothing she hasn’t thought of. We enjoyed the comfortable bed, private courtyard and the nice roomy space. We actually asked for extra days and she was very easy to work with. We will definitely return.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Nopal Suite. I was in town for the Spirits of the West Festival and Karen’s place was perfect for me. The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. It has all of the amenities a person could need. I would definitely stay here again!

Love staying at the Lofts when we visit Alpine. Location is perfect and makes things easy for us with ease of walk ability to shops. Looking forward to staying here on our next visit.
