Great place! Comfortable and clean. Kerri was a great host and communicated all of our needs. Had a nice stay!

We loved this location and the home. Lots of unique decorations around the place. Had everything we needed, totally safe and beautiful area in the country. Reminded us of home. I don't think we heard a single car pass by. The only thing that should be made clear is that this is a home that is lived in by the host and the host stays elsewhere while you are there. That is fine and all, but I felt awkward about this as it is the first time I had stayed in a place that was not an "all the time" Air BnB. It did not have that big of an impact, but was worth mentioning. The host is super nice and communicative. This place was great for our stay.

I didn't have any problem with Mark Fon, the two issues we had was: 1. Mark gave us the code assuming we knew how to use the key pad. He didn't tell us that we needed to press the little logo with the house and then enter the code. Every key pad are different I have one in my house who is different. 2. Mark didn't give us a phone number in case of an emergency. we got stock outside for half an hour before we figure it out. Mark responding time was 1:30 Minutes. Other than this little glitch the house was perfect, clean and as described. I just wish we had a little more info. I also wish that we didn't have to go to the Airbnb app to communicate, it takes more time and I miss some communication with Mark because of that.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. My family and I enjoyed the space. It’s very thoughtfully decorated-great space and the layout very focused on finding areas for family to enjoy one another-watching tv, a great talking space and even pool table. I would definitely rebook.

What a beautiful home! Plenty of room for our large group and it was so clean. The kids enjoyed having the toys and books that were in the home. Crystal was very responsive to our questions. The ground floor has a master bedroom with King and master bath, Queen bedroom and 2 twin beds bedroom and bathroom. The ground floor has 2 sitting areas. The basement had one bedroom with futon, Queen bedroom and through the bathroom is a twin bedroom. The basement has a sitting area and another smaller kitchen. We had plenty of room to spread out with our group of 5 adults and 2 kiddos. We loved our stay in Crystal's home. Thank you so much!

The home was beautiful! Very clean and peaceful area! The host was very responsive to any questions we had! 10/10 would stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. It was the perfect size to fit all 8 of us. Kept the kids busy and we were able to have our morning drinks on the patio overlooking the backyard.

The condo was spotless with good coffee next door and yummy bagel sandwiches across the street. If you’re a walker, many casual restaurants and a Trader Joe’s easily accessible by foot or by car. We only ate breakfasts in but appreciated the many glasses and silverware. Quiet area and friendly neighbors.

A lovely place, we enjoyed our stay, there was a binder inside that described all of the things we needed to and could want to know about, like local places to eat, and a bottle of wine was there at check in ! Yummy ! The designated parking spot on the property was not available, we first parked on the street in the front of the house at first, we didn't know until we read the binder inside that we could park on the side street, which avoids walking up hill with our suitcase and things, parking on the side street was fine, few little steps to go up, but very close to the entrance. Enteringwh is down several, steep concrete steps, definitely pack light, if you have substantial luggage or balance issues you need to be very careful, there is no railing, that is the only thing I would change about our stay. Quiet hours from 9p to 9a were very much followed as the family lives upstairs, there are kids and a dog, but the noise was not bad at all during waking hours. We thank you !!!!

This apartment was just as described! I was in town for my son's Parents' Weekend at HPU and I booked this spot for my husband and me to stay. My husband got sick at the last minute, so I was so thankful to have a place that felt cozy and safe for my time there alone. They really do have everything that you could think of! I felt right at home and even fell asleep (for a little while) on the couch with the cozy throw blankets. The bed was super-comfortable with soft sheets. I did not hear any noises from the upstairs home. The street parking is well-lit and I had no problem parking right by the walkway to the entrance. Everything was very clean! The bathroom was newly renovated and I particularly liked the wall heater and the cute basketweave tile. There was a lovely basket of snacks on my arrival and even a bottle of wine from a local winery! I hope that my husband will be able to join me at the Carolina Cottage on our next visit to HPU! Thanks for letting me stay!

We came to HPU for our daughter’s graduation! Our stay at Emily’s was perfect in so many ways. Close to campus, lots of space, safe & clean. Above all affordable! I would highly recommend this arbnb to future parents.

Selden was a great host! He communicated quickly, checked in on me, and made adjustments to the temperature quickly. The space is great and perfect for one or two people. It was clean and had everything I needed. The check-in was easy and the instructions were spot on. I stayed at Selden's place for 9 weeks and would stay there again as well as recommend it to everyone.
