This beautiful modern luxury 4 Bedroom Villa with 4 Ensuite Bathrooms is situated on Margaritaville Resort with access to the Small Gym and onsite Spa, Onsite Restaurant and Resort Shop. Guests do not have access to the Fins Up Beach Club Pools unless you pay the Resort Fee $35 per day or the H2O Waterpark (entrance payment required). It is walking distance to Sunset Walk where there are many restaurants, an Artisan Market on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and Live Music events/Tribute bands.
