Beachfront vacation rentals in Formentera

Very well-equipped small duplex for 5 people max. in an idyllic location. Exceeded expectations at the price. As many people.said there's some noise from the road, but not at night and infrequently during the day. Minor repairs are required on the outside patio's top surface, but honestly nothing so much that it detracts from the overall great find. Walking distance to town, nearby supermarket, and 30 se ones to the lagoon (I timed it!). Didn't meet Nico, but his friend Marie checked us in perfectly and was flexible with the checkout. Will return next time in Formentera 😉

Very nice and clean apartment, comfortable bed and nice balcony. Es Pujols is a great place to stay in with lots of nice restaurants and facilities. I would recommend staying here!

The whole reservation and communication was very easy. They also allowed us flexible check-out that was great to be able to take advantage of the last day without stress. Quiet area, right next to Cala Saona. Highly recommended

The place is exactly as seen. Inside it doesn't have too many amenities, but it's in front of the sea, literally on top of the rock. Everything close and easy. The terrace furniture could be more comfortable. That yes, they are strict about the check-out time and 5 minutes before 11 the cleaning girl entered the house directly with the keys. This could improve. The place is unbeatable and the views as well. The beach 1 minute walk, restaurants and disco within walking distance.

We rented the apartment for the Marnaton that was held on 05/03/2025. Cristina treated us excellently, both check-in and check-out were easily managed. The apartment is impeccable, comfortable and with all the advertised amenities. Perfect for a couple with one or two small children. Although the area is a bit noisy, which is normal for the dates we went, the apartment is well insulated when you close it and turn on the air conditioning. Thanks for hosting us and I hope we can go back!

We stayed at Matteo's beautiful place with our two children (5 & 2). We had a great holiday on Formentera and Matteo and Monica are great hosts. Our highlight was the pool - we enjoyed this with the children every day and also the silence and privacy were top. The property is very spacious and the property is simple and has everything you need. We'd love to come back and thank you from the bottom of our hearts - Moritz with family

Nice place. The swimming pool was closed at 7.30 pm, it was a bit susprising. The host offered to opened it for us, tho. The deco is gorgeous. There is water, coffee, and chips at the room. They have parking also, it is really appreciated in that location.

We had an amazing 2-night stay at Lourdes’ flat in Formentera! The location was perfect—peaceful, yet just a short drive to beaches, restaurants, and shops. The flat itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the private garden—an ideal spot to enjoy breakfast or unwind in the evening. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, making it feel like a true island escape. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely love to come back!

We stayed at this house in Formentera for 4 days, my 3 sisters and I can only leave a super positive review! The house was clean, cozy and perfect for 4 people, exactly as described in the listing, with all the amenities indicated present and working. The location is strategic: very close to the beach, shops and the main points of interest of the island. The host was impeccable: always available, responded immediately to all our questions and was very flexible for both check-in and check-out, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Patricia, gave us a great welcome, explanations and information about the whole island of our vacation, and also always available. Good accommodation, also provided parking for the car.

We had four nights in this well equipped apartment. It’s a 5 min walk to town along a main road, or you can walk along a back road to avoid the traffic. Judith was very responsive. We couldn’t seem to work the aircon so the place was pretty warm but as we only stayed a few days we didn’t feel the need to contact Judith. We would stay again.

The house is beautiful and the location is the same! The garden is wonderful and very spacious... there is a terrace both on the ground floor and on the roof that make the atmosphere really beautiful. The spaces are spacious accordingly if during the day you do not want to go to lunch / dinner outside it is a pleasure to stay at home. The hosts are very helpful and thoughtful. We'll definitely be back!

It is appreciated that you are also informed about services on the island. I would definitely stay here again, it was a very pleasant stay in this apartment.

Casa Marisita is already our accommodation in Formentera every year. As always, everything is impeccable. In addition to being a nice apartment, it has everything you need, air conditioning throughout the house, very comfortable beds and pillows. Parking in the same building is a plus. We'll definitely be there next summer. Thank you for everything!!!!

The house is really beautiful, a small oasis in a beautiful area, comfortable to reach any location. The house is attention to every detail, with valuable details, equipped with everything you need and perfect cleanliness! We were really impressed to find such a cute, modern home in a seaside home. The house is truly equipped with everything: towels, bathrobes, umbrellas and beach towels, breakfast placemats, pots, cutlery, plates, glasses, all brand new and beautiful rest! We were also impressed by our very spacious and well-kept personal garden with hammocks and chairs with pads, both in front and behind the house. The most beautiful and unique thing is definitely the terrace located above the house, with a very large sofa where you can relax, sun loungers and breakfast table in the morning with a beautiful sea view. The view from up there is really nice, you can admire the sea, the sunset and even see the Lighthouse of Cap de Barbaria in the distance! We had a dream vacation and I would definitely recommend this house to anyone!! The owners were very welcoming and hospitable with us, ready to provide us with any necessary information and always present for everything!! Thank you again so much for this wonderful vacation❤️:)
