Fantastic 3 night stay, very spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet area, but not far in foot from the Capitole area, train station and Airport bus. Nice local bar La Cabane and L'Entrocote restaurant is a must, worth the wait if there is a queue! Highly recommended apartment with great communication from the host's.

The apartment is very well located and met all of our expectations. Eric was a attentive and accommodating host. Great for a stay in the center of Toulouse!

Great host, responsive and pleasant. When we got home it smelled very good and the little extra, a private welcome message left on the table with chocolate. I found it so touching. The apartment is exactly as pictured, the amenities are there. Everything was super clean and tidy. The little extra, the super nice terrace. I would recommend it without hesitation... Beautiful place!! Well renovated and with a description that represents the home very well! Beautiful neighborhood. Small points to improve but which do not change my satisfaction. Emails in 4 different languages end up confusing us instead of guiding us. The code provided didn't work so we had to use the "emergency" key. The air conditioning wasn't working. Looking forward to it and thanks for everything!!!

Charlotte and Sébastien's accommodation is peaceful, spacious and as described. The jacuzzi is a real plus of the accommodation. Board games and outdoor games allow you to disconnect in the middle of the Gers wheat fields. We enjoyed our stay very much. We highly recommend this accommodation for a pleasant relaxing time.

A perfect place for a quiet and relaxing family vacation! The estate includes multiple activities, not to mention the pool which offers a beautiful view of the valley and hills opposite, but also the outdoor spa under the stars. The large cottage has a pleasant outdoor space for eating, relaxing (the outdoor lounge chairs are super comfortable) and is very well oriented, with a slight breeze that cools in the summer and allows you to enjoy the outdoors even when it's hot outside. We really enjoyed the air conditioning upstairs! We were afraid that the children would be bored, but in the end, between the activities on the estate and the biking and walking, everything was perfect. If you need anything or have any questions, Philippe (host) is right next door. We thank him for his welcome (the outdoor aperitif is a very good idea!) but also for ensuring that the guests of the estate meet each other (examples during an astronomy evening improvised by one of the guests).

This is the second time we have come to this accommodation and we have not been disappointed! The cleanliness of it makes the place even better. It's really simple on the day of check-in. Really no complaints!

This stay in Nizas on a weekend wentvery well. Itwas too short. I already want to go back:-) The Property is really good. You can enjoy a beautiful exterior in the countryside overlooking the Pyrenees. Stephanie from the concierge who took care of me for this weekend rental was really great, kind, kind, attentive and responsive. thank you Stephanie! My guests were delighted and really enjoyed the place

In Toulouse for a wedding, we were 2 couples with two children for 3 bedrooms, perfect for a stay. Clean and useful accommodation, nice terrace. Very responsive owner, great information, I would recommend it

The accommodation is very nice, everything is there, to feel good! Sandrine has everything in her home for parents, grandparents and children, lots of toys, books, games etc... the bedroom with a double bed is perfect for hosting them. The kitchen is great, nothing is missing, the living area is pleasant with a nice outdoor courtyard. As described, trains pass nearby but it remains bearable on the terrace and once inside with windows closed, no discomfort. I would recommend this place, we were hosted very well step by step remotely. Thanks to Sandrine and Alex

We had a wonderful stay at Lynda’s apartment. The location was ideal for accessing from airport then getting out for day trips via train/bus station. It is a bustling part of town, a stone’s throw from a boulangerie and carrefour, some nice bars, then a few more minutes to Victor Hugo and Capitol. Loved Toulouse, very cool vibe. But also loved chilling at the apartment, picking up bits for dinner then sitting eating and drinking on the balcony whilst playing card games was ideal. Great that the place had air con and cooking facilities. Lynda’s communication was excellent before the trip and throughout, she provided some excellent recommendations and we went to them all! Also had a lovely day trip out to Carcassonne. Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks Lynda!

Minimalist apartment, spacious and bright. The living room opens onto a balcony that is not overlooked, and well oriented. Huge TV screen. The Wifi works well. You can easily find (I was there on weekdays) a parking space near the entrance of the residence (the one I found was 3 meters away... great for unloading and reloading the car). Ophelie accepted me, at the last moment, with my 2 small dogs, I thank her warmly. I found the mattress in the room a little hard for my taste. I appreciated being able to stay until noon.

Apartment in a very good location. Very clean in a new luxury residence. The terrace is very pleasant and quiet. Close to Toulouse 1 University, everything is done on foot, ideally along the banks.
