Notre maison c'est un cocon familial, lumineux, agréable, ouvert sur un joli jardin exposé sud. Il y a 3 chambres avec ddd lors doubles, 2 salles de bain, et 2 WC. Nous avons rénové cette maison avec soin en 2016 puis en 2024. Nous y vivons avec nos 2 enfants de 6 et 8 ans, mais nous aimons aussi voyager et découvrir d'autres horizons. Nous accueillons des locataires sérieux qui sauront apprécier notre décoration et cette situation unique: un village dans la ville. A 15 minutes du centre ville.

We're renting out our spacious three-story house, a fine exemple of Brussels "maison de maître" from the beginning of the 20th century. The house is full of grandeur and charm, with its 4,5 m high ceilings adorned with intricate cornicing and is furnished with mid-century furniture and art. The spacious walled garden (18mx7m) is a leafy, private and peaceful oasis in the heart of Brussels. We are very close to striking art nouveau architecture examples. Grand Place is a 20 min-walk away.
