This renovated and bright apartment is ideally located. Being very close to the city center you will benefit from all the shops nearby but also great tranquility. In addition, the apartment is equipped and offers an unobstructed view. NB: both bedrooms have a double bed + the living room sofa is adaptable as a bed. Small single storey house (the upper floor is not accessible) a few steps to access the front door. Ideal for a couple but comfortable camp beds can be added to accommodate 2 children. The accommodation consists of 2 rooms: - a large bedroom with office area and TV area - a large fully equipped kitchen You will also find a bathroom with Italian shower and WC. A terrace at the front and a terrace at the back will welcome you for a moment of relaxation.

You will be 100 meters from the beach and the nautical base (pedal boat, canoe...). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5 km). The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.

Do you want rest and nature? Come and relax in our cottage which adjoins the Stables of the rock. We will be happy to welcome you in our farmhouse renovated in 2019. The sound of clogs will punctuate your stay and you can walk in the 7 hectares adjoining our farm. To end the day why not a small meal on the terrace... Your pet dogs, cats...are of course welcome! ( if sociable ) €5 extra.
