Charming one-bedroom apartment adjoining my primary residence. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a small sitting area and a bathroom/WC. Upstairs, there are 2 attic bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) and a bathroom/toilet. Not suitable for children under 8. Free parking on site, garden view, swimming pool and, in clear weather, the Pyrenees mountain range. Accommodation on the outskirts of the Gers, close to the J. Curie middle school, the highway leading to Colomiers and the Airbus factories, and Toulouse.
