At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a Caen stone farmhouse. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, along the road. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000 m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciated!

Old house of character at the end of the 18th century recently renovated. The proposed place is 2/3 of the building on the left side. Hosts can enjoy a private entrance and fully dedicated living rooms. Outside, the quietness of the countryside allows you to unwind.
