Beautiful apartment. Micro Centro Residential Area

It is in a residential area, in the micro center of Resistance, 3 blocks from the central square. Supermarket in front, 1 block sanatorium and pharmacies, bars , restaurants and ice cream shops a few blocks away. Nearby is the Parque 2 de Febré where is the replica of "El David" by Miguel Ángel, next door we have the Urban building (with offices with offices with offices, aesthetics, etc., 2 blocks away gymnasiums. It is a quiet area but close to all utilities. A few blocks from the UTN Faculty.

The house is new and very comfortable for a couple. With more people, with mattresses on the floor up to 3 as Alejandro offers, it is feasible, but you have to consider the limited space for storing clothes. The location is privileged with respect to businesses and food houses, ideal for those who want to rest and forget about the vehicle. We went as a family (3 people) with a dog for 4 nights. The perimeter is well fenced with wire to prevent any pets from escaping. Alejandro was always attentive to any request; he even provided us with the contact of a family member for any questions. I recommend consulting Alejandro about the issue of low hot water flow in the shower, especially for winter stays. He offered to send a specialist but we gave up because it was a few days, and we prioritized rest and privacy, on the eve of a birthday. The rest worked out fine. Ideal for getting together with family and disconnecting

It was great! It was 11 PM and we didn’t have a place and Natalia answered right away. We even left something in the fridge and she kept it for us to pick up later.

A beautiful apartment, just like the description. Very conveniently located and your host is super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

I loved the apartment, the friendliness and other things that make the accommodation special, I was surprised by the fact that he asked me how my return trip was going... I was honestly surprised from the moment I entered the apartment... it has just what you need to spend the days... I recommend it 100%

The place is super cozy, the very pleasant hostess, polite, made a point of talking in our language. The village had a supermarket very close by. We really felt at home. It is well worth it. Resistance is a very beautiful place! We love it so much. At the end we were still presented with buns for breakfast.

Victoria, a great host! Very attentive and considerate, she always responded quickly and was attentive to any concerns that arose. I liked the apartment, which is in a good location to access any point in the city.

My boyfriend and I were very happy with the accommodation. It was easy to find, perfectly matches the photos and has all the amenities listed. We want to highlight the kindness of the host, who was very flexible with the check-in time: our bus arrived early in the morning and we were able to enter the apartment as soon as we arrived. Jael was very helpful at all times! We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
