Apartment vacation rentals in Fondettes

This apartment is close to everything, i.e., restaurants, shopping, bakery, food store, etc. Finding parking was easy, and inexpensive. The balcony is a nice addition. Bela was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. Good undercover parking with a secure tag operated gate. In the kitchen all of the appliances and the equipment were very new and good quality. Internet worked well. Air conditioning was useful as it was warm and bedrooms are at the top of the building. The only thing I would change is the bed was very hard. Virginie was helpful in showing us around and I felt if we had any issues we could contact her, but we didn’t need to.

A small price adjusted with this small accommodation a little old but very practical and functional. Located on the quiet rue Colbert, the accommodation does not overlook the street but an inner courtyard, and direct access to old Tours is very pleasant. Great communication with Natacha.👌 I recommend it.

A wonderfully quiet base in a vibrant town. Super nice to do groceries in Les Halles to then be able to cook at home, interspersed with dinner parties outside the door. From the house, you can walk into the city center in a few minutes or cycle out of town to go along the Loire. The house is really recommended to everyone and offers a huge comfort. Highly recommended!!

It's really easy to get around the center because it's located in the center of Tours. There is a big food corner right in front of it, and there is a restaurant street 5 minutes away, so it's really good to find food. Thanks to the host's quick and accurate information, check-in was easy☺️ The accommodation is small, but it has everything. It's easy to cook, and new cooking utensils are well equipped. The bathroom was also remodeled, so it was clean and pleasant. The downside is that you have to be careful when getting on and off the bed, and that there is no wifi, so the internet doesn't work well in the accommodation. Other than that, I'm so satisfied!😌

A perfect apartment in the middle of the old town of Tours. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, coffee spots, & grocery stores. We enjoyed the spacious & light filled apartment with modern facilities. We would love return someday.

We were looking for simple, convenient and efficient accommodation. It was, but it was also large, clean, good location, filled with nice touches (bonus point for the speculoos)... In short, beyond our expectations!

Everything was perfect, reading and her husband are very welcoming and kind people. I recommend them, looking forward to returning for a future trip by bike.

Emma is a friendly and very responsive host. The accommodation is cozy, with all the comforts and close to the center. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Free parking nearby is a real plus. Recommended ✌🏽

I was very well looked after by Carine who remained extremely discreet throughout my stay. The accommodation has an entrance independent of that of the house. It feels like coming home. The accommodation is very clean, very well located and nothing is missing. The place is quiet and relaxing. I'm really happy with my stay and I'd be happy to come back.
