Family friendly farm house.

SophieRating, 5 stars17 months ago
we have loved staying in Kristian’s place! The house is spacious, charming and set in a beautiful location. It is only a short drive to the shops, Lillehammer and Hafjell. Kristian is an amazing host, while we were there he lent us various sledges and even helped to teach 2 of our sons to ski. One of our favourite AirB&b stays ever! Our children are already asking when we can go back!
A cozy living area features wooden walls and a high, beamed ceiling. Two dark sofas and a light wooden coffee table create an inviting space. Natural light enters through multiple windows, enhancing the room’s warm ambiance. Simple decor complements the rustic style.

Enebolig i Gausdal

StineRating, 5 stars11 months ago
Large house with garden, ideal for families with children. We were two families with small children who spent a week here and had a very pleasant stay. The location is convenient with a relatively short drive to both Lillehammer city center and Hunderfossen waterfall. Sebastian is very nice and responds quickly to questions. Upon arrival it was tidy and the beds made up. A small point of improvement is that we wanted some closet space for outerwear, clothes and dry goods, this would make it easier to keep tidy for two families for a week. Still, this was not a big issue. We would definitely recommend this house and are happy to rent here again.
A lush landscape features vibrant orange flowers in the foreground, surrounded by greenery. In the background, hills and trees rise above a calm body of water, framed by the rolling valleys, creating a serene natural view.

Surrounded by nature - 10 min. from downtown

Everything about this wooden house is just fine. It is very cosy and you have all the necessities to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. We travelled through Norway by public transport and that worked out well: the bus stop is just 5 minutes walking downhill. Camille is a very responsive and friendly host. Definitely worth 5 stars!
A traditional red barn is set against a night sky illuminated by vibrant green auroras. Soft snow blankets the ground, creating a serene landscape. The surrounding hills can be faintly seen under the ethereal glow of the northern lights.

Great apartment, very nice and helpful landlord. Everything corresponds to the description and is functional. You have the opportunity to buy the honey produced on site and the eggs produced on site. Thanks again for the little Christmas tree, too! Greetings to the nice hangover!

House in child-friendly area, close to Hunderfossen

EirinRating, 5 stars11 months ago
We rented Marthe and her family's house when we visited Hunderfossen. The house had everything we needed and it was absolutely great for our kids who could borrow toys and play outside in the garden. It was tidy and clean when we arrived. Bed linen was put on and towels available. There was a clear space for us to use the fridge, drawers and hooks. We were lucky with the weather and therefore got to take advantage of the evening sun with barbecue on the porch. We bought the food at Kiwi which was a stone's throw away. We are very happy with our stay, and with Marthe who has been available on message. Thank you for us and for the loan of the great house! We would love to come again!
