This was a perfect spot for a Mom and daughters weekend to celebrate turning 13. It was quiet and just what we needed.

The property was just as described and pictured. Everything was perfectly clean. It's ideal for people looking for a quiet, private place to get away from it all, surrounded by nature.

The Copper Buffalo A-Frame was a wonderful place to stay for our weekend getaway to attend a wedding. We had plenty of space, the house was clean and well stocked and the views are breathtaking! We took lots of photos :-) Thank you for letting us stay in your majestic place.

My fiance and I were able to book the cabin for a last minute weekend getaway. The house was very clean, cute and perfect for what we needed. Our dog enjoyed the big fenced in yard, and we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We had everything we needed to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner (bring your own seasonings though), and got restful sleep! We were beyond grateful to enjoy this home for the weekend! The biggest complaints on the reviews are the wifi and the driveway... we didn't have any issues with either personally.. but if you're afraid to get your car dirty or need to work the whole trip, maybe pick something closer to town.. otherwise its perfect to unplug and unwind!

We LOVED the lodge! Beautiful scenery and homey feeling. Everything worked great and overall we would absolutely come back again.

We had a great time at the beautiful cabin celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. We loved sitting in the comfortable rocking chairs on the front porch watching the deer in the field across the street. The porch is so big that we were able to sit outside and listen to the rain. Tv and Wifi were great. The Pit Stop was a recommended restaurant that Rebecca had given and it was so good!! We had to ask Rebecca a question and she was QUICK to respond.

I had the most wonderful stay at Bliss Cabin, to say the least. From the initial photos of the writing desk and yoga deck, to the curious graveled path winding around the property lined with life and decorative details, I was totally immersed in the love and care that was so palpably present! Kathryn & Luke were absolutely lovely, so helpful, and incredibly accommodating! My recommendations while on the property: build and tend to a fire. Journal at the writing desk while playing Miles Davis. Take an early cold plunge in the river, do a round of Wim Hof breathing, then run up to take a hot shower at their beautiful abode. Chat with Luke, have tea with Kathryn. Do yoga on the deck. Say hello to the frogs. Express your inner musician with their drums and sound bowls. Let your soul free here!

This is an adorable cabin situated at the very back of a collection of cabins, so it’s incredibly private, quiet, and peaceful. We had a great time and everything was exactly as pictured and described. Very comfy environment to hang out, spend quality time with family, and rejuvenate on the tranquil back porch (we could hear the river flowing each morning with our coffee…so peaceful). This was the most relaxing, peaceful and carefree weekend we have ever had. My husband and our 2 kids and 2 dogs had the most fun, and we didn’t even feel the need to be on our phones or watch tv! The cabin felt like home; so much so, that we didn’t want to leave. My husband and I are already planning a trip back. Carey was an amazing hostess and we are so appreciative that she opened her home to us. The views were breathtaking. We literally sat outside all weekend. We only went inside to cook and sleep. Oh! And we got to enjoy a meteor shower Saturday night! Super awesome!! And, even cooler, there’s a dollar general market at the end of the main road! Coolest thing I’ve ever seen! So you don’t need to bring a bunch of food! We drove 5 hours to come stay here, and honestly, I would drive 10 just to come back. This cabin was every bit of home and we can’t wait to come back!

This cozy Danbury cabin was just what we needed for our family trip to NC to celebrate a wedding. Things were well organized, beautiful, and the hosts have thought of just about everything. My son loved the record player, and we really enjoyed the outside seating for relaxing nights chasing fireflies. The town itself doesn’t have much, so we took this as a perfect opportunity to sit back and relax. The Rocking A Frame gave us the perfect reprieve from our busy lives back home. Very nice country cabin, comfortable and peaceful. Family felt right at home in spacious home, back patios best place to chill and enjoy the forested yard.. well equipped kitchen to keep everyone fed. Thanks to Steven for a great place to stay, he was attentive without being intrusive. Wish we could have stay longer.

We stayed here while we waited for our house to close. This was an awesome choice. If you are looking for peace and a feeling of being right at home this is it! Tommy is an extremely gracious host, super responsive to any inquiries and has loads of information on the area and things to do- places to go. You will love his place. It’s a tucked away gem, and there are many good books if you just want to hang out. It’s a very nice place!

We only had a one night stay at the Moonshiner’s Mansion. We loved everything about the cabin. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Sitting on the back deck listening to the creek flow was very tranquil. We saw quite a bit of wild life, one of the cutest things we saw was watching a rabbit walk across the creek on a log. We will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Such a hidden gem!!! We enjoyed every second. The cabin was clean and cozy. Couldn't get enough of the beauty that surrounded us. Stores were only 20 minutes away. We couldn't ask for a better time. Thanks Darlene and Pete.

Very quiet and peaceful! Had a little trouble finding the house but we got in really late which was our fault otherwise we would’ve had no problem! The hosts instructions were very clear which helped a ton! Everything was clean and comfortable. Thanks so much!!

We had such a great experience at this Airbnb. The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious. It has everything you need for a relaxing time. Our favorite part was spending time outside on the peaceful farm and hiking trails. The trails were well maintained and very convenient for taking our dog out to explore. We also loved visiting the town of Floyd, which is only about 20 minutes from the cabin. We highly recommend this Airbnb for a private and peaceful retreat!

We enjoyed staying at the Cozy Cabin. It was cozy indeed. Very clean, great communication from all hosts, quiet, and relaxing. They also provided wonderful kitchen amenities; the little things go a long way. It was funny to be presented with a DVD player and not able to figure out how to work it. Oh, these times they are a changing...

The cabin was located in a very peaceful spot, we could only hear nature sounds. It was also very private and had great views. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back some day.

We were very happy with this cabin nestled next to a beautiful stream in Southwest Virginia. We were even greeted by five deer our first day. Check in was easy with a keyless front door and directions were clear. The home was comfortable with a large smart TV, a nice king bed (and others we didn’t need) and parking by the front door. The location was convenient…not far from the Blue Ridge Parkway as well as groceries in Hillsville. It was a nice stay that we are happy to recommend.

Ellison is definitely one of the good hosts. The place was well-appointed and appropriately outfitted for a host property. And she keeps it very clean. Secluded in the lovely woods, what a great getaway!

Had a wonderfully stay at the Piney Fork Cabin. Tracey was very responsive and helpful throughout the trip. The property was spotless and so peaceful, felt right at home! Being up in the Floyd mountains and exploring the Town of Floyd, was the perfect little getaway.

Our stay at the tiny home cabin was amazing! It was perfect for our little family. It was so quaint and secluded, yet just a few minutes from town. The view was stunning, from sun up to sun down, to the starry night sky! Our son loved casting out on the pond, playing with the dog, and feeding the ducks! We were surprised when we saw that there was a sauna. That was a very nice treat. The place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We can’t wait to stay there again!!! Tara is an incredible host.
