A beautiful secluded paradise next to the lake. The sounds of nature is all you hear. Absolutely wonderful stay for us. Plenty of beds, host is very attentive and kind. The home was spotless clean, with a welcome bottle of Rose - a nice touch. Sitting outside in the morning with a coffee with music playing, looking at the lake and taking in that you are in jungle... its great. Very difficult to find. Address was incorrect on the map, and with spotty to no cell service (I have a major US carrier and it was struggling)... this made check in a bit freaky. But it is the jungle and you gotta be up for the adventure...as the listing says! Not to worry though - this was the only issue, and the host met us quickly and guided us to where we need to be. Once there - it was simply fantastic. The jetskis are awesome!! You will love this place. I booked it due to it being a much higher rated place, and I can confirm that the ratings are deserved. Will definitely stay again.

The place is really nice, everything is clean, the location is very central, the host responds very quickly and is very friendly!

We decided to stay in El Ramate for our visit to Tikal to be a bit closer than Flores. This beautiful, rustic stone house was a great option. It is just across the street from the lake, where you can swim. It is built on a hill, so is actually well above the road, feeling like you are amid the trees. The house consists of two large, indoor, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with bathroom, each on a different floor. The common space is an outdoor patio with basic cooking facilities, dining table, hammock and couch. Owner was very responsive when w had an issue with the water- help arrived within 15 minutes. It was a great place for our family of 5 adults to use as a base for Tikal. Lots of tourist restaurants available (walk bout 15 minutes, “local” restaurants closer) some hiking and swimming. Road noise is significant on the patio, but not bad in the bedrooms when the doors are closed. Highly recommended

the place is beautiful, it is a complete house with 3 levels and matches the description. The location in Google of the place is not accurate, ubiquense by the photos of the publication, thanks to Isabel who was on the slope and her response was immediate. We found the place.

Perfect place to get away and spend time in peace. Perfect for us, who are not made of glass and love nature. As everywhere, we must take care of our children, even more so with the lake two steps away; it is dangerous to neglect the little ones... That said, my 9 and 5 year old children did not want to leave the place, they loved it, they enjoyed it and we were left wanting to return. We will return and stay longer, God willing.

This place exceeded all our expectations. The house is right on the beach, with a spectacular view that looks like it's from a postcard. Everything was impeccable, well-equipped and with details that made the stay even more special. The service was excellent from the first moment, always attentive and kind, which made us feel right at home. (The guardian did us many favors, always with a smile) It was definitely an unforgettable getaway. Would come back a thousand more times! Fully recommended for those looking for peace, beauty and a unique experience. The photos come out beautiful as the sunsets are amazing.

Comfortable apartment, good location and exactly as shown in the photos. The place was perfect for our stay: clean, tidy and with all the necessary amenities. The location is very convenient, a few minutes from Isla de Flores and with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and other services. It is ideal for both those visiting the area for tourism and those looking for a functional place to rest. The host's attention was excellent at all times, always attentive and willing to help. I would definitely consider returning on a future visit to Peten.

The truth is that we have stayed in several hotels in Peten and other countries, and this cabin seemed excellent and well organized to us. It's close to everything and the place is quiet. I recommend it 100%

Luxury Cabañas is a perfect place to stay and be close to places like Flores and Tikal, we wish we had stayed much longer to enjoy the area. It has everything you need inside the cabin and is very comfortable, we traveled from the capital and there was no problem being received at night. As a recommendation, a small air conditioner could be placed in the kitchen-dining area since the heat in Petén is too much and we did not want to force the one in the room on the first level. Keep in mind that since it's a cabin, the refrigerator is not very large, so storing ingredients for 3 days was a challenge. Overall, the stay is perfect and comfortable. Thank you very much, we hope to return.

Very nice cabin, complies with everything you need

It is an excellent accommodation, the house is totally modern. Wonderful cleanliness and attention, totally happy. The house is worth it, they won't regret it. 10 out of 10, excellent.

Our stay in the cabins was excellent. The space is spacious, comfortable and conveniently located, close to several places of interest. The tranquility of the place allowed us to rest completely. The cabins have a cozy atmosphere, ideal for disconnecting from the daily hustle. Some suggestions to improve the experience would be: improve the Internet connection, as the signal dropped a lot when we all tried to connect. We would also have liked to have more sheets and pillows available for convenience. In addition, it would be great to extend the hours of use of the pools and recreational areas. We were returning late from our excursions and it would be great to be able to enjoy these facilities at night. In short, we totally recommend it. It's a perfect place to rest and enjoy nature at its best. We'll definitely be back!

A very nice and super comfortable house! I would go back without hesitation, everything was very clean, located in a fairly quiet area. The host is always very friendly and responsive. Felt like home

We extended our stay in el remate and ended up staying here for two nights. It’s right off the main road and a short walk to the lake. The apartment served our purpose of giving a space to sleep and shower and the host even did have a wifi to share despite the listing saying there is none. The little balcony was nice to people watch, the bed was comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The only thing I would have liked is an offering of drinkable water. Our other place in el remate had drinking water in the refrigerator waiting for us and we realized too late when all the stores were closed that we had none. Being directly in town is one way to experience el remate (we stayed further down the lake before this) but remember that stores and restaurants close pretty early!
