We love the place, clean, organized! It had everything we needed, very good beds for sleeping, bedding and smelling towels, lots of space in the wardrobe to store things, a place for washing and extending clothes. The kitchen is also well equipped and organized! We'll definitely be back more often 🙏

Since the reservation, the communication was great and Nina was always willing to accommodate our requests (we arrived later, we took two medium dogs, we asked to check out late...). The house is huge, high-end 1970s. As there were only two of us (a couple), we only saw our bedroom/en-suite and the common areas (living room, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, garage/laundry), the others were locked. Kitchen with utensils in great condition and working. Comfortable bed, clean and fragrant sheets and towels, all impeccably clean! Well located, it is a 5-minute walk to the party where we were (Grostoli Festival), in front of the beautiful Mother Church, and also to the center - we walked everywhere! The city is so sweet! We're already getting ready to be back soon!

I can say we had an amazing experience in this house. The house is very comfortable, extremely clean, well decorated and very well equipped, it has everything you need! The location is excellent, close to the market, pharmacy and restaurant. Jocemar's service was top-notch, always available, helpful and attentive.

We had a great experience at Eleni's apartment! Everything was as advertised: great shower, comfortable bed, air conditioning working well and nothing was lacking. The location is excellent, close to Vale dos Vinhedos and with shops nearby. Eleni was super attentive, even gave us the garage and was always concerned with our well-being. One thing that made it stand out was the Guest Handbook, which had all the information you need for a peaceful stay. We recommend for sure!

Casa Cantelli is a historic residence built in stone in 1878, surrounded by lawn, woods and vineyards. The spacious and comfortable house, modernized with all the necessary equipment, offers a unique experience of staying in the homes and workplaces of the first Italian immigrants who arrived in RS, simply wonderful. The host, Mr. Gilmar Cantelli, was extremely kind, proactive, concerned with the well-being of the guests and offered ample information about the house, the family history and the attractions of the region. Always available, he responded immediately when requested. I recommend the accommodation for couples, families and friends who want to enjoy an absolutely different and quiet space, but with easy access and surrounded by the attractions near the Caminhos de Pedra, Bento Gonçalves and Pinto Bandeira. Excellent!

Neiva was waiting for us with the wood stove lit! This gesture was a comfort on a super rainy and cold day. The place is perfect, while being close to everything, it also has a country house vibe. The property is beautiful. I highly recommend a walk on the property, which is full of fruit trees. The house was spotless, with impeccable and fragrant towels and linens. It was a pleasure to be welcomed!

A place to enjoy the sound of silence. Listen to birds. The sheep. Ideal for pilgrims of the Caravaggio Sanctuary, because it is very close. Ideal for QG to visit the area and close in a quiet place. I went to work and I like to have the peace of mind. The space where the big house has is beautiful. The swimming pool, although not used, is large and I imagine groups of family members how much they can have fun in the huts and barbecue. Worth 2 nights. Would recommend.

Unfortunately, I arrived at a very cold time (it reached 0°) and as I am from the Northeast, I felt very cold inside the apartment even with the heaters on. But apart from that point, which is out of control, I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is cozy, close to a market, a pharmacy and a laundry, and exceeded my expectations. Hosts respond quickly and are very friendly. I highly recommend the site.

The space of Júlio served us very well. We were in town for a seminar at UCS and we were able to walk every day. The apartment is very pleasant, comfortable beds with good bedding, blankets and towels. We use the kitchen only to make coffee and heat some food, but it seems to me that for those who need to cook it will serve very well. Service area also complete. Pleasant room with food table, sofa and TV. The bathrooms are gas-heated and just open well and wait for the water to get hot. Building with 24hs concierge, playground, quiet area, etc. In the surrounding area you can easily access to pharmacies and supermarkets. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in Caxias do Sul, especially if you go to work and/or need to access the university. As a suggestion, only the provision of a dish rack in the kitchen is available.

Our stay was perfect, the place is cozy, with several options of activities to do during the day (tennis, volleyball, basketball, board games, cards), in addition to the floor fire at night, a wonder apart. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, and communication with Nathalia was quick and easy. I recommend it to everyone who wants quality time in the middle of nature. I intend to come back more often!

The stay was excellent! The site is exactly as described in the listing – clean, comfortable. The reception was great, the hosts were very attentive and helpful from the beginning. I would definitely return and recommend for those looking for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Great place to have a good time with family and friends. Wonderful pool, 4 impeccable en-suites, everything very clean and organized. Super-equipped house with a beautiful patio for playing games. We felt at home. Waiting for another opportunity to return. It is well worth it.

Excellent accommodation, in a great location with structure and efficiency. A charming region for tourism outside the popular regions, but very close to the locality of Pinto Bandeira Great wineries in the region to visit and colonial products available made by Dna Tere.

Excellent space to enjoy the mountains and nature. All necessary amenities, good place to gather friends, spend days off! Very well-equipped house, pleasant place, extremely peaceful place and at the same time close to everything in Flores da Cunha. Clean and pleasant environment!

Totally private space, with fruit trees and community garden, Júlio was extremely attentive and proactive with our questions! We were also very well received by the kitten! Amazing cabin, we will definitely be back!

Quiet place, perfect for resting

The cabin is a retreat to rest, the location is very good, located between Nova Pádua and Flores da Cunha. The space is great, cozy, safe and very clean!
