Condo vacation rentals in Flores

We're a family of four who stayed at Juan Carlo's place for two week and we loved it. It's very comfortable for a family and had everything we needed. The kitchen is spacious and well outfitted for cooking. The place was very clean at check in and has lots of storage space for clothes and such. The location is great! A lot of tourists stay in upscale Palermo or Recoleta but if you want to really get to know Buenos Aires, Caballito is a great neighborhood right in the center of the city. The subway and bus stops are a block or so away and there's an Ecobici bike share station right on the same block as the apartment. There's plenty of grocery shopping, banks, and everything else you need right on the main street less than a block away. If you want natural or organic foods, it's just a few blocks to Yuca Mercado Integral. The communication and check-in/check-out were super. Juan Carlos responded right away to questions and was really kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!

First I would love to thank Jacqueline for opening up this beautiful stay to us. She was such a beautiful soul, patient, helpful and understanding. Which is what we all need from a wonderful host. Whenever we had an issue we were able to work through it with her. The place felt exactly like home. The lighting was great and there are so many fruit and vegetable markets, restaurant and walking score is amazing. The people in the area were very helpful and kind as well. I will say there are some thing that have been outside Jacqueline’s control but her along with her wonderful mother does wonders making sure everything is worked out. There is an ice cream place by the corner and if you’re not careful like myself, it’s so good you might find yourself going every night. Anyways, this was a wonderful stay and you can trust you’ll be in safe and wonderful hands

Apartamento precioso en el centro de la ciudad, se puede caminar a muchos de los sitios de interés y a muy buenos restaurantes! Daniel es un súper host, siempre atento a todos los detalles y necesidades, gracias por una estadía inolvidable!

The apt is extremely nice and new. Shower is great with very good water pressure (important in Buenos Aires). I think it’s a little bit small relative to the price paid but nice to stay there. I didn’t like that the check-in is late compared to other apts.

La estadia fue muy buena. Todo excelente, limpio, completo y moderno. La ubicacion es lo mejor. Tuvimos un inconveniente a la hora de hacer el check out, que no acordamos con anterioridad la entrega de la lleve pero se resolvio sin problema. Volveria a hospedarme y lo recomiendo.

El departamento es tan bonito como se ven en las fotos, super limpio. El sol en invierno pegara en el balcon de tarde. La locacion es muy practica, con el subte, colectivos y distancias caminables a varios barrios de la ciudad. Es importante tener en cuenta que esta en la interseccion de dos calles concurridas, tapones para oidos son necesarios (sobre todo para personas sensibles). El vecino tambien usa su tv/radio muy fuerte pero Tomas accedio a solucionarlo rapidamente. La atencion fue excelente y eso se valora mucho.

Tiene muy bonita vista y está muy bien ubicado, con una estación del subte justo en frente.

El dpto está muy bien, y el checkin automático es muy conveniente. Hay algunas detalles que se podrian mejorar. En balance diría que la relacion precio calidad es muy buena.

Un depto super céntrico pero muy silencioso! Lo recomiendo. Y volvería claro!

Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

muy recomendable el depto de Juan, es una zona hermosa y cerca de avenidas principales, moverse no es un problema. Zona tranquila a pesar de ser céntrica y tiene un balcón muy lindo. el departamento muy cómodo, contaba con toallas y papel higiénico acorde al tiempo de la estadía. no tuve que comprar artículos de limpieza porque había, no siempre se tiene en cuenta eso. La atención de Juan muy cálida y respondía pronto. el edificio muy tranquilo y seguro también.Sin duda volveré.

O apartamento é muito bom e confortável, tem boa internet o banheiro é ótimo. A localização é incrível. super recomendo

A estadia foi excelente! A localização é simplesmente perfeita, em uma área segura e super agradável…conseguimos fazer muita coisa a pé, incluindo visitas aos melhores restaurantes da região, como Don Julio, La Cabrera, Roldán, além de estar cercado por belos parques. O apartamento é bem organizado, com muitos utensílios disponíveis e uma cozinha completa. Fiquei feliz ao ver que tinha até ferro de passar roupa, algo que nem sempre é comum. A anfitriã Cynthya foi atenciosa do início ao fim: mandou recomendações úteis por wpp e sempre respondeu com rapidez. A portaria 24h nos deu ainda mais segurança, e isso fez toda diferença. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente!

El departamento es muy cómodo, y en una zona muy bonita con todo cerca, tiendas, bares, cafeterías. Tiene una zona común con piscina muy bonita para relajarse.
