Greatest host and house I could have hoped for, especially considering how last minute it was. They went above and beyond to make the stay as wonderful as possible, and easy for all of us. Extremely polite, and proactive. This place feels more like a home than a rental, and it’s easy to feel like you’re staying with family (that you like)! It’s beautiful inside and out. So much to do in the house, you might not actually leave, and they have everything you need and more available. Easily my first choice next time I’m looking to go back. 100/10 stars. Do yourself the favor of staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront home. The pics don’t do it justice. The home is comfortable with plenty of room for many people to spread out or hang together. The windows offer expansive view quiet the outdoor area can’t be beat. I wasn’t quite sure about the soaking tubs but they ended up being everyone’s fave feature! 12/10 … would stay here again!

Our large family of 6 had a wonderful and relaxing stay for the long Memorial Day weekend. Lake Front Oasis had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax and great common spaces to come together and have fun. The large playroom/lounge space with kids toys, books, and art supplies was an added bonus. We enjoyed the wonderfully stocked kitchen and grill and had everything we needed to cook meals. The hot tub and outdoor space gave us a great area to relax and hang out. We were able to catch bass right from the fishing dock and had fun kayaking and exploring the lake on our paddle boards. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels! Hosts were friendly and helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful stay and would go back again and again!

Beautiful spaces in the house! Welcoming, warm, loved the "sun room" and all the windows through the house for enjoying the view of the Suislaw River and sand dunes beyond. The deck was wonderful for visiting, sitting and sipping coffee or wine . . . the view peaceful and tranquilizing. Very relaxing environment, great furnishings, and comfortable beds. Can't say enough! We loved our stay!!

We had a great time in Yachats. The house couldn’t be any closer to the ocean and was clean and well cared for. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the Lodge! Peaceful, quiet and just what we needed. Each day we were able to have a nice slow morning with coffee (thank you for having a coffee pot!) then head out for a beach or trail walk, find some tidepools and explore new parks. Some great places to eat close by. Place was clean and very comfortable! Loved the living area with the view of the bay. Lots of wildlife and used the house's binoculars to watch seals and otters...birds. Kitchen was well stocked and bed was very comfortable. Easy check in and out and excellent communication. Thanks again.

This is our favorite stay so far. This home has all you need and is so cozy. Love the easel set up for some art. Cat 🐈‍⬛ friendly and absolutely charming with great host who respect privacy but are also available and friendly.

This stay was so wonderful for our family! And the location was perfect. We have stayed at many airbnbs along the coast, this might have been our favorite. It’s a well loved family home for sure, and I think that makes it better. The couches are cozy too. Stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, host was helpful. The lay out was perfect for families with kids, the bed rooms are all right by each other. This location is perfect if you want to venture north to Newport, or even south towards Florence.

The house was in a location that was private and easy to get to town for groceries. Views from the house to the ocean were fantastic. The house itself has a lot of stairs which can be a problem for those with ambulatory challenges. Waldport is a quiet town and less touristy, which we appreciated. We loved our 8 day stay there. We also appreciated Jon's flexibility in allowing us to reschedule at the last minute due to a family situation that arose.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and comfortable home. From the moment that we arrived everything was clean and exactly as described. The space was cozy and inviting. I enjoyed that it was dog- friendly and my dogs truly loved the backyard. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend.

The layout of the home for our family of four was perfect. We loved the kitchen and the outdoor grill. Location is perfect base for going to Newport. Waldport. Yachats, cape perpetua and hikes, heceta light house, Florence and Reedsport Overall comfortable bedding. Master bed mattress too soft for me, but some may prefer that. Only downside regarding privacy is that there are other homes close by /can prob see in your windows It truly is a “ stones throw “ from Beach /ocean

These accommodations worked well for our family of 4. We greatly enjoyed the peaceful, private and spacious basement apartment looking out on a scenic stretch of the Siuslaw river. We particularly appreciated using the included sea kayaks on the river, getting out and enjoying the beautiful natural surroundings. Being able to pop into Florence beaches and the sand dunes was a real plus. Located on a nice expanse of land, we felt this property provided the right level of privacy and spacious surroundings for our family of 4. Our dog enjoyed running around the property and made many trips back and forth from the house down to the river. The pull down screen and projector were a nice feature for movie night and overall, this rental felt like a good value. Recommended for anyone seeking an escape to a peaceful, out-of-the way setting.

The house is clean and comfortable. Very well appointed The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and kitchen items. There is a great yard surrounded by hedges and trees so felt very private. My pup had a great time playing in the yard and on the beach.

Had an amazing stay at Driftwood Joy. Stunning location, cozy, and so much fun. located direclty on the berach and minutes from the community of Yahats with great food and many intersting places to explore in nearby Waldport and Newport. The host was very attentive and easu tp cp,,imocate wotj/ We would definitely visity agin.

Seemed a bit less clean than prior trips. But still a great spot. The location is gorgeous. Had some wild weather but we were snug in the cabin. Pillows are a bit threadbare. Would bring my own next time. Wifi is iffy.

The Sea View House was perfect for our small group. We were looking for a serene home near the coast that fit our budget and left us wanting for nothing. We found that in Nikki's place. She was great about addressing anything we needed promptly. The fact they were dog-friendly was important to us, and the living room and bedroom setups were spacious so that there was plenty of space for the dog beds and kennels on the floors. The neighbors were friendly and the walk down to the beach was so easy and close we went several times a day. The water spigot out front made it easy to rinse sand off each time we returned. Our friend who slept on the softa bed said it was comfortable and he got lots of much needed sleep. The other beds were also comfortable as well. We also appreciated the blinds in each room and all the little extras, like the bath salts and toiletries. Love to come back!

Debbe's house was amazing. the beds were very comfortable. everyone had a television in their own room. she had absolutely everything you'd need. would highly recommend.

This is our third year staying at Dan’s place. It’s very private, cozy, and we love the location. Place is clean and has everything anyone would need. You can sit on the deck and watch the whales. Beach is within a few mins walk. Great place to stay with family. We will be back again :)

This place is incredible. You won't find a better spot. The backyard is sand dunes that lead to the Pacific Ocean, and, to what feels like, a private beach. This is especially perfect for one or multiple families. Six bunkbeds and lots of toys and a play area for small children. Our kids had an absolute blast! You'll love this spot, and Claudia is super responsive to any needs that may arise :)

The place was great. Just a short walk over the sand dunes and you are on the water. The place was very spacious and clean. There were plenty of kitchen supplies. My only recommendation would be to supply just a little coffee or tea for the morning.
