This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Deena’s place is packed with charm. From the soft colors throughout to the open and welcoming outdoor patio. There is plenty of room to stretch out on the patio and the colors from spring through fall are everywhere. It is located as centrally as anywhere in Turkey Texas. It is just a couple of minutes from Friday and Saturday night music and drinks and other great places to eat and shop. There will be flyers in the house for viewing.

Quiet place located just outside of town but close enough to all the amenities. Perfect location for visiting Caprock Canyons State Park, spending the weekend at Bob Will's Days, or your annual hunting trip. Plenty of room with 2 queen beds, 1 full, and 1 twin. It has a fully stocked kitchen as well as a propane grill. There is plenty of parking area for trucks/trailers.

This place is the best place to stay while visiting Lubbock! It feels so luxurious while still feeling like you’re right at home. The bed and sheets were such great quality. And the shower was so clean and amazing with the double shower heads. Our absolute favorite part was the patio space, sitting in this hammock is the best activity to do in Lubbock. But of course if you need any other recommendations the hospitality of Christian is amazing. Best stay ever!

Everything was great and exactly as represented. property was clean, quiet, and simple to access. The property was well decorated and functional. Megan was responsive and accommodating to special or unique request.

Great place to stay! Karen and Lindsey were both so nice and responsive to any questions I had. The house was a perfect fit for our family. The washer and dryer was huge plus especially with our long stay. We will definitely be staying again if it’s available when we are next in the area. Town was quite and nice. Everything was a walkable distance. There was a cute coffee shop in town that had a large variety of drinks and lunch items. There was also a small store for any items you may have missed for your stay.
