We had a great time. The accommodation is quite suitable for a family and especially for our 3 dogs who had a garden all around the house. It's a real house with everything you need, and very well located, close to the sea and all amenities. Kevin leaves us a lot of very nice little touches. Thanks to Kevin and his mom, who was so kind. We highly recommend this place.

Warm and welcoming, Nathalie is an attentive host. The accommodation is in a good location, clean, functional and well-equipped. Parking is very easy. We had a short stay, we had a really nice time. We'll be happy to come back when we have the opportunity to be in Caen again.

We needed a place to stay in Caen with our dog so we could explore the area and Arnaud’s place was absolutely perfect. The location is very central and yet also very private with it’s completely enclosed garden. We were welcomed personally and immediately felt at home and comfortable. It is quiet and peaceful, and ideal for our dog who just wanted to relax in the shade. All of the things inside worked perfectly and the home itself is very well equipped. We highly recommend Arnaud’s place and will stay there again when we visit Caen.

Everything you need is present in the big house. Romain is very friendly and responds immediately to all your questions. We had no hot water at one point and Romain came by immediately. Super host and stay, with a perfect price/quality ratio. RECOMMENDED!

We had a short but truly lovely stay! A perfect place for our family--we could all spread out a bit after a week sharing hotel rooms. Loved the location--the views were charming. Proximity to Bayeux was excellent--less than a five minute drive to the town center parking lots. Very clean, clear instructions, and thoughtfully stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook!). We'd definitely return. Thank you for a great stop on our road trip.

It's not easy to find a place to stay for a family or friends get together. Everything is there here. Number of bedrooms and beds, recreational equipment for children and adults, dishes, seats, all in number for a large group. It's clean. My garden is nice, like the house. Thanks again for this weekend!

The cottage was everything advertised and more. Beds were very comfortable; literature was provided for local attractions, groceries restaurants; emergency contacts, etc. Loved the horses on their breeding farm, and the serene rural setting - just the perfect distance from everything we came to see. Our gracious host, Venessa, was bilingual and spoke English, which made communicating with her much easier. The kitchen as well as the entire cottage was beautifully furnished with everything we needed. She had even provided games, and other children items -which we didn’t need - but we appreciated seeing the details given to the needs of visiting families. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or hot tub, but would have enjoyed spending time at both amenities, given more time for our trip. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone desiring to travel to the Normandy area of France.

Hi The property was great for the 2 of us and as with us was ideal for motorcycles as it has underground secure parking with a lift opposite straight up to the apartment . 15-20 minute walk along the sea front into Cabourg . I would have liked normal beds but the fold down couches were also ok . I would stay there again .

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of Karine's service: very welcoming host, nice and spacious mobile home, very well equipped +++, everything is there and everything is thought of, including a baby night light, coffee capsules, tea, paper consumables, hygiene products... nothing to say and above all very clean. This mobile home is a real haven of peace and we had a pleasant stay outside of school holidays, very relaxing with my baby and my elderly mother. Classy, clean and quiet campsite. We were hosted very well as well as our little dog by Jerome. Jérôme is discreet and friendly. No problem with communication. Go there in a second. You won't be bothered by the noise. If you are an early riser and walker you will see many rabbits nearby. We left delighted with our stay.

A cute garden cottage. Everything you need is present. Maxime is a good host. Also nice that the dog was welcome. The location is perfect for sightseeing Caen and surroundings. Supermarket around the corner and also the city center is within walking distance. Certainly subject to repetition.

Angelique's apartment is perfectly located. Right next to the Women's Abbey and close to the main attractions of Caen. To explore and get to know the city you don't need a car. Everything is walking distance. It is important to note that the unit is on a 4th floor and there is no elevator. Angelique's host is excellent, extremely attentive and her willingness greatly helped us resolve an issue with the rent of our vehicle. We are more than grateful for all your help and for making our stay truly unforgettable. The only thing that was inconvenient was the parking for our vehicle as there is no control over that and it was very complicated to be able to park the same. They should know that if they rent a vehicle it is very possible they do not have space to park it. Other than that, everything was excellent and we recommend this space for your visit to Caen and Normandy. We went to MT. San Michel, Étretat and D-Day sites.
