The property is located at 5 km distance from Svendborg city centre with a rich cultural life. The house itself is with kitchen/living room and with living room and bedroom on the first floor. The garden fenced so smaller dogs can be in the garden.

Bring the whole family to this amazing home with lots of room for fun and coziness. There is a lovely garden with plenty of opportunity for play. There is a trampoline, playhouse, mud kitchen, and sandbox for children. The horses walk in the field straight up the garden. There are lots of games and things for creative play indoors. A real family oasis. Small Hypoallergenic dog is allowed to bring. There are several lovely beaches, great restaurants, and an active city life. Kerneland beach is about 15 km. From the house.

Farmhouse with sea view and good space outside as well as inside.

Vestergaard is an old family farm, of which only the farmhouse remains. It has sea views from the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The house was completely renovated in 2014 and is located on a very large plot with old fruit trees, which are freely accessible to our guests. The garage building is from 2017, and you are welcome to use it. We use the house ourselves occasionally and have designed what we think fits the spirit of the house, with a few things dating back to our grandparents' time.

Enjoy - enjoy Dyreborg forest, beach and water - there is no better place on South Funen. Parties or other major events are not allowed.

Charming house in a great location, close to water, nature, shopping and city. Sleeps 9 for adults. Room for more if some of the guests are smaller children. Location in the cozy southern part of Marstal, with a short distance to the marina, forest and the beach at "Erik's tail" with the iconic little beach houses and lovely bathing conditions for both children and adults. The house "No. 1" you get all to yourselves, with your own and there are beds for 6 people, spread over 2 bedrooms, which are located on the 1st floor. Living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom, are located on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully furnished and there is both a heat pump and fireplace for the cooler days. Bed linen, one towel per person, water and electricity, as well as final cleaning are of course included in the price.
