Anne-Marie’s place is amazing. A fully equipped place to stay with an amazing view. Anne Marie as a host was wonderful being responsive and kind each time I contact her. This place has an incredible view of Leuven and it’s perfect to spend a few days in city or a full month as I did. Will recommend staying here and I hope I have the opportunity to come back.

I chose this place primarily for the quality of the photos and especially for its ideal location, but it was the many positive reviews left by other guests that really influenced my decision. All described an exceptionally hospitable, warm, friendly, generous, kind, and very available host. When I arrived, I had the nice surprise of meeting Sadiq, who was an incredibly charming and welcoming host, always attentive, in a good mood, and attentive to my needs. His hospitality far exceeded my expectations and made me feel integrated and comfortable from the beginning of my stay. Sadiq is a person of great generosity, who even wanted to share with me several meals he had prepared himself, and his kitchen is simply excellent. The accommodation, meanwhile, is very well equipped, secure, quiet, not far from the city center and parking. I highly recommend, you will be welcomed like a king.

Only airbnb that helped us find our way in, showed us around and explained the area. For this I must say we were thankful. coming from Canada, driving through France and Belgium, it was nice to meet the person who owns airbnb, I think it is respectful, and makes me want to be respectful to her place as well. Renata is super friendly and proactively helps think of solutions (my bike). The apartment is super tidy and she emphasized several times that I could do as at home. This is highly recommended if you are looking for a room in the center of Mechelen.

Firstly I would like to thank Yan, owner of this Airbnb who made out stay perfect. yans Airbnb was our best decision to stay during our trip to Belgium. we stayed for 4 nights and before our arrival we bombarded her with lots of questions as we were going with kids. but she patiently responded to each and every thing and guided us in all ways. secondly the house is perfect just as in pictures and very clean and tidy perfect for 4 people. kitchen is well equiped with everything we need to cook. and coming to location it takes 30min to reach Brussels central from here and bus stop is right beside the building and there is a direct bus and this location is very accessible to reach any destination. there is an Asian supermaket and many other groceries near to this building. there is an Italian restaurant right opposite to building and and you can survive on there pizzas full day. they r so good. overall Yan has been very friendly we felt like a family with her. thankyou once again Yan!!

Just wrapped up an amazing stay at this amazing home! came to town for the marathon and honestly couldn't have picked a better spot. The location was perfect - close enough to the race that getting there was super easy on the big day. The place itself was incredibly clean and comfortable, especially the bed which was exactly what I needed before and after running. The host was absolutely wonderful - so thoughtful and clearly went out of their way to make my stay special. The neighborhood was quiet enough for a good night's sleep, but still had everything I needed nearby.

Great place, very clean and quirky. A lot of cool art around the place, one of the best places I’ve stayed in Brussels. Highly recommend it.

We arrived at Sam's place after a ten-hour flight, feeling quite exhausted. Sam warmly welcomed us with coffee and provided a thorough overview of the area, including useful tips on recycling and shopping. The property itself is stunning, featuring a lovely garden and ample space for our family. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, boasting everything from a coffee machine to a blender and more. The bathroom is spacious and modern, while the beds were incredibly comfortable, with clean linen and extra blankets available if needed. The large dining room table offered plenty of space for meals and also served as a great family entertainment area. The cozy TV room includes an additional room that can be used as an office, complete with a desk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Sam was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive. This was our first visit to Belgium, and I highly recommend Sam's place for both short and long-term stays

Nice and comfortable accommodation

The Tile House is a lovely little place that is clearly loved and well cared for by the hosts, who are pros. Great spot, as described, and a very nice stay.

A great beautiful and large house with a fantastically beautiful and large garden. Neatly clean and equipped with all the comforts. Especially nice with (small) children. The children had a great time with the toys, the trampoline and especially a lot of games. Nearby, there is also plenty to do/see and experience. Contact with the host also good: responded quickly to some questions. We would book again soon.

Good location, very well equipped kitchen and excellent communication with the owner. There was a minor issue with a socket that was sorted out right away. The bathroom is gorgeous with a deep, comfy bath and a spacious shower. The beds are very comfortable too. Walking distance to independent shops with beautiful fresh produce, lovely bakeries and plenty of cosy cafés and eateries. Rupel Sushi especially recommended. We also loved the big Saturday morning market which is well worth a visit. Mechelen is a beautiful, safe city. The tourist information is excellent. Lots of guides, maps and gorgeous postcards. Friendly, multi-lingual staff. A word of caution: there are ebikes and e- scooters everywhere. They travel at considerable speed and we had a few close calls. Take particular care when crossing road and cycle paths.

Everything was good — nice and beautiful apartments near the city centre. There were plenty of free public parking spaces on the street. I can recommend this place to stay.

Nothing to say. The apartment or house met all the criteria. Beautiful, clean, spacious and above all chic. In addition, with private parking. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at Elsy’s place as a temporary accommodation while we looked for our permanent residence in Belgium. Her place is beautiful, very clean and comfortable, with an incredible view of the lake. The neighborhood is full of nature and very quiet. Overall, it was a very positive experience for myself, my wife and our two daughters (1 and 3 years old). Elsy was an amazing host, always very helpful and kind.

David’s place was beautiful and the perfect location - far enough from the city center to be quiet, close enough that it was easy to get to everything! I highly recommend, and will absolutely be back next time I’m in Leuven! 🐾
