This secluded self-contained studio apartment at the doorstep of Brussels City Centre is the perfect drop spot after visiting the city or spending a night out. There is also plenty to offer in the neighborhood, from cafés and indie bars to the best kebabs in town. Double bed available by default but two single beds can be organised on request. There is space for a foldable cot. Kitchenette, shower, and a separate private toilet. Some local goodies are already here for you! Bienvenue au Kot!

The Secret Garden

Our accommodation includes a chalet for 4 people (1 king-size bed & 2 single beds), a family tipi for up to 6 people, a poolhouse, a big garden, a heated private swimming pool, and a relaxing jacuzzi. Our chalet is ideally located close to Waterloo station, the Lion’s Mound, shopping streets, bars, and restaurants. In winter, the pool house is enclosed with screens and heated, as is the family tipi. It’s the perfect place for couples, families and groups of friends, both in summer and winter!

The entire estate was built in 1860's. The owner lives in the first part of the estate and always available in his art gallery . You are very welcome .

This apartment is very bright and was renovated in December 2021. It is located on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with an induction, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and microwave. There is a TV, and there is also WiFi and wired high speed internet. Furthermore, the bathroom also has a hairdryer. In the living room, there is a sofa that can be made into an extra bed for 1 person.
