Flekkerøy is about 20 min away from Kr.sand and 25 min to Dyreparken . We primarily want to rent out our apartments to families with children. No partying or anything like that. Nice apartment located next to a beautiful swimming area with a jetty and sandy beach for the little ones. Playgrounds and football field 5 min walking distance. On the island there are many unique pearls with great bathing places for big and small. Local cafe and ice cream kiosk, Kiwi shop just a short walk away. For those who like nature, hiking trails are within walking distance of the apartment.

Welcome to our 2-bedroom apartment, centrally located, by the sea, in Kristiansand's most popular neighborhood; Kanalbyen. Kanalbyen is located by the sea on Odderøya, centrally located in Kristiansand, close to Kilden and Fiskebrygga. 5 min away from city center. In the area around Odderøya, there are fantastic rocks that are suitable for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. In the bay of Bendik you have lawns and sandy beaches. The whole island is a jogging paradise. Canal city pearls: Byfjorden, the beautiful forest terrain of Odderøya and the canal in the middle.

The apartment is in a great location for those who want to stay close to the beach while being close to the city and attractions. The zoo is 12 minutes away. View of the fjord and archipelago both from the cabin and on the terraces. Large plot and private jetty and swimming platform below the cabin. 2 sit-on-top kayaks for free use in June-August. Boat w/outboard motor may be rented.

A gem near the sea and beach on idyllic Flekkerøy! We are renting our apartment with possibility of 4 beds. There is a new house ( 2018 ) only 250 meters from a nearest swimming area. Fully equipped with kitchen equipment, WiFi, TV, charcoal grill and heated hot tub on the veranda outside. Private front door. Perfectly suited to a couple or small family. Tenants have a front yard at the front of the house. We use laundry bureau. Bed linen and towels are not included.
