Fully equipped with kitchen utensils, Wi-Fi, TV, charcoal grill and heated hot tub on the veranda outside. Private entrance door. Perfect for a couple or a small family. Tenants have a garden in front of the house, by the apartment. We use a laundry service. Bed linen and towels are not included.

It takes about 25 mins. to drive to Dyreparken, 20 mins to Kristiansand city center and 3 mins drive to grocery store. There are also public transport nearby.

The boathouse sleeps 4–6 guests, with one standard double bed (180cm x 200cm) and two smaller double beds (120cm x 200cm and 150cm x 200cm) – perfect if you don’t mind sleeping close.
