New apartment 200m from public dock and beach

Flekkerøy is about 20 min away from Kr.sand and 25 min to Dyreparken . We primarily want to rent out our apartments to families with children. No partying or anything like that. Nice apartment located next to a beautiful swimming area with a jetty and sandy beach for the little ones. Playgrounds and football field 5 min walking distance. On the island there are many unique pearls with great bathing places for big and small. Local cafe and ice cream kiosk, Kiwi shop just a short walk away. For those who like nature, hiking trails are within walking distance of the apartment.

Lovely Cabin in Sørlandet's best archipelago.

Lovely place in Sørlandet's best archipelago in Paulen on Flekkerøy (about 15 minutes from Kristiansand city center). Very good standard with bathroom/shower, TV, kitchen w/dishwasher, washing machine and everything you could want in a cabin. Sun from morning to evening. Private parking lot. Leisure boat with motor can follow along. Flekkerøy has lovely rocks, sandy beaches and great fishing opportunities. Here you will also find a shop, hiking trails, roller ski run and artificial grass courts. You can enjoy the sunrise, take a boat ride or swim from the dock.

Cabin with great sea view on Flekkerøy Kristiansand

Cabin on Flekkerøy with lovely views to Oksøy. Sun from morning to evening, unobstructed outdoor area, fire pit and barbecue. Fireplace/wood stove for autumn/winter. Good play opportunities for kids with big lawns and small playground with 1 minute walking distance. Furnished, large and sunny porch/terrace on both sides. Nice, big hiking areas. Both worked up footpaths and the surrounding island trails. There is also a facilitated coastal path around parts of the island. 1 minute walk to swimming area with beach, rocks and great fishing opportunities.

Sit back on the delicious couch and let your eyes rest on the sea. Peaceful area with great hiking areas just outside the door. 15 min from Kristiansand city center, 3 min walk down to the area's common small cozy area of the beach and docks. Bed linen is provided and towels are ready for your arrival. This apartment provides peace of mind. Warm welcome :)

Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. A gem near the sea and beach on idyllic Flekkerøy! We are renting our apartment with possibility of 4 beds. There is a new house ( 2018 ) only 250 meters from a nearest swimming area. Fully equipped with kitchen equipment, WiFi, TV, charcoal grill and heated hot tub on the veranda outside. Private front door. Perfectly suited to a couple or small family. Tenants have a front yard at the front of the house. We use laundry bureau. Bed linen and towels are not included.

We have enjoyed 5 wonderful days in Øyvind and Ragnhild's cabin. We were 2 grandparents, mom, dad and 2 children aged 6 and 8 and although the cottage is not huge, it was no problem. The annex with the pull-out bed worked great, and it was really convenient with the extra large fridge/freezer out there. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The pictures show a lot, but it is even more breathtaking than you can imagine. Whether it's morning or evening, sun or rain. We loved it, young and old. We borrowed Øyvind's boat and had good sailing trips and caught many fish. We also used the crab cages and caught crabs. It was a huge experience with the boys. We walked the many trails around Flekkerøy and were at one with the beautiful nature along the coast. We'll be back - no doubt! Paradise on earth 🇳🇴🫶🏼
